If a Summoners Kingdom: Goddess code is rejected, first find the game’s CDK redemption screen, check whether your account meets the reported level requirement, and re-enter the code exactly as published—including capitalization and no extra spaces. Then verify that the code is still current. If it should work but continues to fail, contact JueFeng Games at [email protected].
Where to redeem a code
Use the CDK option in the game’s settings. Published guides describe slightly different menu routes, so the exact labels may vary by version or platform:

- Pocket Gamer’s September 6, 2026 guide reports Profile > Settings > Account > CDK. It says players must reach level 13 before using this route. Read the guide.
- Timrim’s guide, checked July 24, 2026, reports Avatar > Settings > More Settings > CDK. Read the guide.
Look for CDK in the current in-game settings rather than assuming either guide’s path is universal. The level-13 requirement is reported by Pocket Gamer; current official confirmation or exceptions have not been established.
Check the code text
Copy the code from its original announcement and inspect it before submitting. Pocket Gamer says codes are case-sensitive and that spaces can cause an invalid-code result; Timrim also advises entering the exact capitalization. Check for a leading or trailing space and make sure every character matches. Don’t change the spelling to resemble a different code.

Confirm the code is still current
A code list is a dated snapshot, not a guarantee that every listed code will work later. The guides cited here are dated September 6 and July 24, 2026. Check recent official game announcements or ask support about the specific code before treating it as active or expired. Those guides alone do not establish the validity or expiry date of any individual code.
Contact support if the error persists
Epic Games Store’s JueFeng Games support page lists Summoners Kingdom:Goddess and gives [email protected] for game issues. Include the code, your platform, the exact error text, and a screenshot. Provide account or player details only if requested, and never send your password or authentication secrets. The support page verifies the contact address, but does not establish a required ticket format or response time.

What a rejection does not prove
The available game-specific sources do not establish whether codes are one-time per account, restricted by region or server, account-specific, or affected by a current redemption outage. Don’t assume any of those explanations without confirmation for this game. Apple’s App Store listing provides version-history context, but does not verify a fix for code redemption.
