GamesRecon also warns that the location attracts players, so the concentrated loot comes with greater competition and extraction risk. Work through the Hospital rather than checking only one container type. Search rooms and upper floors, opening cabinets, boxes, drawers, and medical crates. Also inspect items lying loose on countertops, carts, shelves, and chemical stands; guides report that Laboratory Reagents can appear among this clutter, but do not give container-by-container odds.
Alternate routes when the Hospital is not viable

The community-maintained ARC Raiders Wiki lists Laboratory Reagents as a Rare item weighing 3 kg and worth 2,000 coins, found in Medical areas. Its listed Explosives Station 3 recipe calls for 3 Laboratory Reagents, 5 Explosive Compound, and 3 Rocketeer Driver. These are database values last updated 24 February 2026, not official figures. If you still need that upgrade, set aside the three reagents in the listed recipe before selling or processing extras. The same database lists recycling at Speranza as yielding 16 Chemicals and 3 Crude Explosives; in-raid salvage yields 3 Crude Explosives.
