Where to find Nightflower Pollen
Harvest Ephemeral Blossoms in the Windward Plains or Scarlet Forest. Game8’s guide, last updated October 22, 2025, reports these locations and conditions:
- Windward Plains: areas 3 and 10.
- Scarlet Forest: areas 14 and 18.
- Conditions: a full moon and suitable weather—described as Plenty or Fallow.

What Nightflower Pollen is used for
Game8 reports that Sekka in Suja accepts Nightflower Pollen in exchange for rewards such as Gold Melding Tickets, Gold Relic Tickets, and Hard Armor Spheres. The available guide information does not establish that one reward is always the best choice, and stock may rotate. Open Sekka’s trade menu to see what is currently available before spending the item.

Collecting Nightflower Pollen is also associated with the Explorer of the Eastlands achievement. If you are working toward that achievement, consider your progress before trading the pollen away.
What the item is
Kiranico’s item database, displaying game version 1.040, describes Nightflower Pollen as: “Pollen from a flower that blooms under a full moon. It exudes an ethereal pale glow.” It is an in-game collectible, not real-world pollen.

An earlier repeatable farm used the quest The Desert Knows Not The Sea to produce reliable full-moon conditions. Game8’s patch guide reports that Patch Ver. 1.000.05.00 fixed that route. Do not rely on it as a current farming method; the available sources do not establish a single best modern strategy.
