The available announcements therefore establish a TV compatibility plan and a demo lineup—not leaked launch games.
Which BRAVIA TVs did Sony say were compatible?
In a January 8, 2014 announcement, Sony Computer Entertainment said PlayStation Now would support most 2014 BRAVIA models in the United States. A footnote narrowed that statement: of the nine U.S. models launching that year, the KDL-R400B would not support the service. Sony did not provide a complete compatible-model list in the announcement, so other model numbers cannot be confirmed from it. Sony’s January 2014 announcement
This was a historical rollout plan, not a statement about current app availability. Sony described PlayStation Now as a way to stream PS3 games, with 2014 BRAVIA TVs among the devices planned for support.
Were the CES games confirmed launch titles?
No. Sony named four games attendees could play in its CES 2014 demonstration on PS Vita or BRAVIA TV:

The announcement said details of supported titles would come later. It identified these as demonstration games, not as the service’s launch catalog. The official announcements cited here do not substantiate a separate leaked launch-game list. PlayStation Blog’s CES 2014 post
What was PlayStation Now supposed to do?
Sony described PlayStation Now as streaming PS3 games without discs or downloads. Its planned first devices included PS4 and PS3, followed by PS Vita and support for most 2014 U.S. BRAVIA TVs; Sony said the service would later extend to other internet-connected devices. In a May 2014 beta update, PlayStation Now marketing director Peter Jamshidi reported that private beta participants had logged more than 50,000 gameplay hours by the time of that post. That was Sony’s own historical beta report, not an independent measurement. May 2014 beta update

Sony and Samsung announced on December 24, 2014 that PlayStation Now was planned for select Samsung Smart TVs in the United States and Canada during the first half of 2015. The announcement said users would access the app through Samsung Smart Hub and play with a DUALSHOCK 4 wireless controller.
