Treat the English MB values as an apparent store-metadata unit error, not as realistic requirements. Use the Japanese listing’s 8 GB figures when checking your PC, and mention the discrepancy if you report the problem to support. No separate minimum graphics-card model is established in the listed information, so do not invent one or treat a particular GPU as officially required.

Restart Windows and Steam completely
Close the game, exit Steam from the Steam menu, and restart Windows. After signing back in, launch Steam normally and try the same library entry once. A restart clears a stuck Steam process and makes the result easier to interpret than repeated clicks while an earlier attempt is still hanging.
If Steam says the game is already running, open Task Manager and look for an AKIBA LOST process or a Steam process that remains after the window closed. End only a process you recognize, then restart Steam. Do not delete files merely because a process briefly appears.

Update Windows
Open Windows Settings, go to Windows Update, select Check for updates, and install pending updates that your system offers. Restart when Windows requests it, then test again. Record the Windows edition and version shown under Settings and System and About; this helps distinguish a supported 64-bit Windows 10 installation from a different configuration.

Update the graphics driver
Install the current driver supplied through your graphics-hardware manufacturer or the driver channel you normally trust. Reboot after installation. Steam Support includes driver updates in its general launch checklist because an outdated driver can prevent a game from creating its graphics window, but the available guidance does not identify a particular AKIBA LOST driver defect.
Record the GPU model and driver version before and after the update. If the driver installer offers a choice between a normal and a clean installation, use the option appropriate to your existing setup; do not remove unrelated devices or system files to chase an unverified fix.

Steam may reacquire or replace files and may report that verification completed successfully. If it reports a problem, allow the repair to finish, restart Steam, and test once. Keep the verification result in your notes. Repeating verification over and over without changing anything does not provide new evidence.

Temporarily close non-essential software
Steam Support recommends disabling non-essential programs while diagnosing launch failures. Save your work, close utilities that are not required for Windows, and try AKIBA LOST with Steam as the main user application. When comparing memory, use 8 GB as the listed minimum, not the erroneous 8 MB value shown on the surfaced English demo metadata. A computer can have 8 GB installed yet still have little available memory because of other running programs, which is another reason to perform the test after a restart.

Copy the complete message, including any error code, rather than paraphrasing it. A screenshot can help, but type the text as well so the developer can search it. Do not download a DLL or registry “repair” package because a web page mentions the same phrase; no AKIBA LOST-specific workaround of that kind is established here.
