The Heartopia Onsen Egg Promise directory lists 16 cracked eggs in the Winter Utopia event area, one for each numbered day. Match the day shown in your quest progress, find that day’s landmark below, and photograph the egg with the in-game camera. Then look for the separate furniture bubble reward. The consulted sources do not confirm whether the event can still be started or replayed.
All 16 Onsen Egg locations
The dates below are the original 2026 sequence, not a claim that the event is currently active. If your quest progress shows a different active day, follow that number rather than the calendar. Locations and directions follow Heartopia.life’s directory, updated July 17, 2026.

How to complete an Onsen Egg Promise day
- Check your quest progress and note the active numbered day.
- Go to the matching landmark in the table. The eggs are photo targets, so use Heartopia’s in-game camera and photograph the cracked egg rather than trying to collect it by clicking.
- After the photo registers, search for and collect the related furniture bubble. It is a separate reward step.
If the egg is missing or the photo does not register
- Confirm that the Onsen Egg Promise step is active in quest progress.
- Make sure you are looking for the location matching the active day, not a different day in the sequence.
- Reframe the egg with the in-game camera, especially for targets on roofs or stalls.
- After the photo registers, check the area for the separate furniture bubble.
The photo hunt is not the cooked Onsen Egg recipe
The cracked eggs in this guide are targets for the Onsen Egg Promise photo hunt. The cooked Onsen Egg is a separate recipe activity at the Onsen Baths: Heartopia.life’s location directory describes using wooden baskets beside the hot spring water with Pasteurized Eggs. Finding a cracked egg for the photo quest does not, by itself, complete that recipe activity.
Which location clues should you follow?
A second community guide also lists 16 days, but some landmark directions differ. For example, TheHeartopia.com’s February 15, 2026 guide places Day 2 under the rink bleachers, while Heartopia.life’s July 17, 2026 directory points to the deer sculpture by the rink stairs. The table uses the latter directory’s clues; the conflicting Day 2 descriptions should not be treated as confirmed alternatives.
