There is no verified pin-by-pin route in the available guide text, so use the map’s numbering and confirm each location on your in-game map rather than relying on unverified landmark directions.
Finding all 34 altars
- Open the Hawezar map reference and zoom in until individual pins are easy to distinguish.
- Explore the marked locations and interact with each Altar of Lilith you find.
- If a pin appears to be behind inaccessible Stronghold content, complete the relevant Stronghold and return to that location.
- Check your in-game map and progress to identify which locations remain.
Wowhead’s regional guide says some altars may be gated behind Strongholds, but none are permanently missable. You can return for them after making the required progress.

What Altars of Lilith reward now
Do not use older guides’ permanent-stat totals as a description of current rewards. Icy Veins reports that, beginning with Season 11 (Patch 2.5.0), Altars of Lilith no longer grant permanent stats or Paragon points on either realm. Discovering an altar for the first time instead grants XP and small rewards such as gold, Obols, and gem fragments.
Wowhead’s Hawezar page still lists historical regional totals of +12 Strength, +12 Willpower, +12 Intelligence, +12 Dexterity, and +50 maximum Obols. Those figures reflect the earlier reward system, not the current reward account described by Icy Veins.
