The checklists below combine the April 21, 2025 Beebom location list with Pro Game Guides’ April 28, 2025 spawn tables. They are dated guide reports, not a verified live-server roster: Beebom describes its list as a developing story, while Pro Game Guides marks several night entries as unnamed or bugged. Use the Beak Book and the conditions currently shown in your server to confirm catches.
Beebom’s April 21, 2025 guide and Pro Game Guides’ April 28, 2025 guide do not agree on every name or count, so the tables keep those differences visible instead of presenting a false definitive list.
How to use these location lists
The Beak Book records birds you have caught. Travel to the region associated with a species, equip the capture item available to you, and watch the game’s time and weather. Pro Game Guides reports that rifles and other capture gear are game items; Beebom specifically mentions a shotgun and Night Vision goggles for Quill Lake. Because some nocturnal entries were reported as bugged in April 2025, treat day/night labels as guidance rather than guarantees.
- Bestiary check: Open the Beak Book after a successful capture to confirm the entry.
- Conditions: A listed weather or time requirement may not behave consistently if the relevant spawn is bugged or the game has changed.
- Names: Preserve spelling differences between guides; “Goldflinch” is Beebom’s spelling, while Pro Game Guides uses “Goldfinch.”
Beakwoods birds
Beakwoods is presented as the starting area in Beebom’s guide. Its April 2025 checklist contains nine birds. Pro Game Guides supplies rarity and condition data for some of these, but not a complete one-to-one replacement roster.

|---|---|

| Bulbul | Listed by Beebom |

| Crossbill | Listed by Beebom |
| Woodpecker | Listed by Beebom |
| Hummingbird | Listed by Beebom |
Quill Lake birds
Quill Lake is the lake-bird region in Beebom’s list. The guide names twelve species. Pro Game Guides’ table has more detailed odds and condition columns, but it does not reproduce every Beebom name and includes unresolved night rows.
| Bird | April 2025 location-list status |
|---|---|
| Duck | Listed by Beebom |
| Black Swan | Listed by Beebom |
| Swan | Listed by Beebom |
| Shelduck | Listed by Beebom |
| Grebes | Listed by Beebom |
| Pelican | Listed by Beebom |
| Mallard Duck | Listed by Beebom |
| Flamingo | Listed by Beebom |
| Great Egret | Listed by Beebom and given a Pro Game Guides example rate of 1/1,000, Day, Fog/Rain, $550 average price and 150 XP |
| Stork | Listed by Beebom |
| Sandhill Crane | Listed by Beebom |
| Ashwing | Listed by Beebom |
Beebom mentions the shotgun and Night Vision goggles as in-game tools for this region. Do not assume either item or a specific spawn behavior is unchanged after April 2025.
Rank #2
Mountain Beaks (Mount Beaks)
Beebom calls this region Mountain Beaks; Pro Game Guides labels it Mount Beaks. Their lists overlap but are not identical. Beebom names nine birds, while Pro Game Guides additionally lists Sparrowhawk and Goshawk.
| Bird | Which April 2025 list reports it |
|---|---|
| Chickadee | Beebom |
| Brown Creeper | Beebom |
| Mountain Bluebird | Beebom |
| Snowfinch | Beebom |
| Harris Hawk | Beebom |
| Falcon | Beebom |
| Buzzard | Beebom |
| Harpy Eagle | Beebom |
| Red Tail Hawk | Beebom; Pro Game Guides writes “Red Tailed Hawk” and reports 1/500, Day, Fog, $500 average price and 300 XP |
| Sparrowhawk | Pro Game Guides |
| Goshawk | Pro Game Guides |
Pro Game Guides’ April 2025 article recommended Mount Beaks for farming experience and money, but that was time-sensitive guide advice rather than a current, independently tested route. Server changes can alter the recommendation.
Rank #3
Deadlands birds
Deadlands’ named checklist is short, dark-themed, and incomplete by design. Beebom lists five birds and warns that its bestiary was still being updated.
| Bird | April 2025 location-list status |
|---|---|
| Crow | Listed by Beebom |
| Skeleton Crow | Listed by Beebom |
| Skeleton Pidgeon | Listed by Beebom |
| Skeletal Eagle | Listed by Beebom |
| Ghost Hawk | Listed by Beebom; Pro Game Guides reports 1/2,000, Day, Fog/Rain, $650 average price and 240 XP |
Pro Game Guides also shows four unnamed, bugged rows in its Deadlands night/day table. They are unresolved entries, not species that can responsibly be given invented names.
Rank #4
Reported spawn numbers and conditions
Pro Game Guides’ April 28, 2025 tables attach odds, weather, time, average sale price and XP to individual entries. The figures are guide-reported and have not been verified against live servers. For example:
- Ghost Hawk: 1/2,000; Day; Fog/Rain; $650 average price; 240 XP.
- Great Egret: 1/1,000; Day; Fog/Rain; $550 average price; 150 XP.
- Red Tailed Hawk: 1/500; Day; Fog; $500 average price; 300 XP.
The same tables mark several night-spawn rows as “? (Bugged)” and say nocturnal birds appeared bugged at publication. If a listed bird does not appear, recheck the current in-game clock, weather, region and any recent update notes rather than assuming the guide’s condition is still exact.
Best Value
Mutations and value
Pro Game Guides reports that mutations alter a bird’s appearance and sale value, with up to three mutations able to stack. These are April 2025 guide figures, not independently tested rates:
| Mutation | Reported chance | Reported value multiplier |
|---|---|---|
| Albino | 5% (1/20) | 1.1× |
| Ruby | 0.15% (1/666.7) | 4× |
| Ember | 0.05% (1/2,000) | 6× |
| Blossom | 0.01% (1/10,000) | 6× |
| Cosmic | 0.01% (1/10,000) | 6.5× |
| Angelic | 0.01% (1/10,000) | 7× |
What to do when a bird is missing
- Confirm you are in the region associated with the guide entry.
- Check the server’s current day/night state and weather.
- Try the appropriate capture equipment available in your inventory.
- Search again after a server change or weather transition; do not treat an unnamed “bugged” row as a confirmed species.
- Open the Beak Book to verify the catch rather than relying on a visual resemblance.
No official current roster or patch-note source was established for these lists. Counts, names and spawn behavior may therefore change, and the two April 2025 guides should be read as snapshots rather than a promise of every bird currently obtainable.
