Several door codes in Five Nights at Freddy’s: Secret of the Mimic are fixed, but the Big Top balcony and Edwin’s House codes are different for each playthrough. Use the table to find the reported fixed combinations and their clues; for the two variable puzzles, follow the in-game steps rather than copying another player’s answer.
Fixed door codes
These combinations are reported as reusable by walkthroughs published in June 2025. Door names and checkpoint descriptions differ between guides in a few cases, so use the local signage and clue context to identify the right keypad.

The combinations and clue descriptions above are reported by Gameranx (June 17, 2025), Dot Esports (updated June 19, 2025), and Destructoid as summarized in those guides. The 0434 door association is not consistent across the walkthroughs, so the monitor clue and your game’s current checkpoint are more reliable identifiers than the room label alone.
Big Top balcony code: solve it in your run
The Big Top keypad is randomized, so there is no universal number string to copy. Match the four hat symbols on the keypad or board to the hats worn by mannequins, then read the numbers on the mannequins’ backs.

- Look at the four hat symbols shown by the keypad or its clue board.
- Find the mannequins wearing those hats and note the number on each mannequin’s back.
- Enter the four numbers in the same order as the hats appear on the board.

Edwin’s House code: collect and watch all five reels
Edwin’s House uses a run-specific code. Collect all five colored film reels and watch their clips to learn the digit associated with each color. Enter the digits in this order: Green, Magenta, Blue, Red, Yellow. The correct digits vary between playthroughs, so a code posted by another player may not work in your save.

Why a code may not work
- You are at a different keypad. Several walkthroughs use different names for nearby or checkpoint-specific doors. Check the room signage and the clue source tied to that keypad.
- The puzzle is randomized. Big Top and Edwin’s House require the clues from your own run; fixed-code lists do not provide their answers.
- The sequence is out of order. For Big Top, follow the board’s hat order. For Edwin’s House, use Green, Magenta, Blue, Red, Yellow.
- The door is not a numeric keypad. Some locked doors require Data Diver clearance rather than a number code.

The fixed codes and clue locations here are walkthrough-reported solutions, not firsthand verification. Gameranx’s guide was published June 17, 2025, and Dot Esports’ guide was updated June 19, 2025. The Secret of the Mimic Wiki’s puzzle page, editorially reviewed July 24, 2026, confirms that the Big Top and Edwin’s House puzzles vary by save, but does not provide a new complete fixed-code list.
