Forsaken Shores has five levers in the original TNT quest: one by the Merchant, one by the Skin Merchant, one behind the pond waterfall, one at the summit bridge, and one at the skull/naval cave. Activate all five, then collect TNT inside the skull cave near Jack Marrow.
Important: this is now a historical route. CloudsPress (August 8, 2026) and the Fisch Wiki’s Atlantis entry report that the Wrath of Olympus update, version 1.79, destroyed the old Atlantis entrance. Ordinary current Atlantis access generally does not require these levers, TNT, or the Heart of Zeus. Use the walkthrough below for an old guide, a legacy objective, or a quest instance that still presents the sequence.
All five Forsaken Shores lever locations
Coordinates vary slightly between guides and with the player’s position, so use the landmarks first and GPS as a confirmation.

How to activate the levers and collect TNT
- Follow the old starting route. Travel to the Mysterious Pirate Captain near Grand Reef. In Beebom’s 2025 account of the original route, choosing the old-temple dialogue required a 10,000-Cash bribe. Later wiki documentation says this payment is not generally needed for current Atlantis access.
- Activate the Merchant-area lever. Search behind or beside the Merchant’s stall and crates until the switch can be interacted with.
- Activate the Skin Merchant-area lever. Move to the Skin Merchant’s shelter and check the sleeping-bag, barrel, and wall area. This is a separate lever from the Merchant stall switch.
- Activate the waterfall lever. At the pond, pass behind the waterfall; the lever is concealed by the falling water.
- Activate the summit lever. Use the ladders to reach the island summit, then inspect the wooden bridge support and nearby entrance.
- Activate the skull-cave lever. At the skull/naval cave, check the entrance and right-side cannon wall.
- Collect the TNT. Once all five switches have actually activated, enter the skull cave and pick up the TNT near Jack Marrow. The original quest text points to the treasure inside this cave.
What the TNT was used for
Older Atlantis walkthroughs had you carry the TNT to the blocked underwater temple at Grand Reef, detonate the obstruction, retrieve the Heart of Zeus, and use that item to enter Atlantis. That progression belongs to the pre-version-1.79 route. Because the old entrance was destroyed in Wrath of Olympus, it may not match the current Atlantis access method.

Troubleshooting the lever hunt
A lever is not where the coordinates indicate
Coordinates in older guides are reference points, not exact spawn guarantees. Recheck the associated landmark, adjust your position around the wall or structure, and search the whole immediate area rather than relying on one number.
TNT has not appeared
Confirm that all five switches were activated, including both separate merchant-area levers. Then leave and re-enter the skull cave and check near Jack Marrow.

You only want to enter Atlantis
Do not assume this legacy sequence is still required. After Wrath of Olympus version 1.79, the old entrance was destroyed, and current documentation describes the lever/TNT/Heart of Zeus chain as generally obsolete for ordinary access.
