How the pass worked—and when it was available
Chapter 6 Season 4 began August 7, 2025. Epic said the Shock ‘N Awesome Battle Pass could be progressed from August 7 through November 1, 2025, Eastern Time. The season and its pass are over; Epic’s historical price statement was 1,000 V-Bucks, not a current offer.
Epic said UNSC Spartan was instantly unlocked when players purchased or accessed the pass. The announcement also described a separate free unlock: players without the pass who reached Level 100 could unlock UNSC Spartan starting August 26, 2025. That limited free route did not make the other premium Outfits free.
