Gears of War: Reloaded pre-orders came with Adam Fenix and Anya Stroud multiplayer skins, plus access to two limited-time multiplayer beta weekends in June 2025. Both offers have expired: the game launched on August 26, 2025, and the beta is over.
What were the Gears of War: Reloaded pre-order bonuses?
Xbox Wire’s June 8, 2025 announcement listed two multiplayer character skins for people who pre-ordered digitally or physically:

Pre-ordering also offered access to a multiplayer beta held over two weekends: June 13–15 and June 20–22, 2025. That beta access was a time-limited offer, separate from the character skins.

No current way to claim the pre-order skins is established by the offer terms. The beta weekends have passed, and the PlayStation product page specified that its pre-order offer applied to orders placed before August 26, 2025 at 15:00 UTC. Treat both bonuses as historical, not as benefits available with a purchase today.

Eligibility depended on the platform and store terms. Xbox Wire said the skins were for digital and physical pre-orders; PlayStation’s terms limited beta access to digital edition pre-orders. Those conditions should not be assumed to apply identically across every platform or region.
What is included in Reloaded apart from the pre-order bonuses?
Gears of War: Reloaded is a remaster of the original Gears of War, not the separately titled Gears of War: E-Day. It launched on August 26, 2025 for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox PC, Xbox Cloud Gaming, PlayStation 5, and Steam.

The remaster includes the original game’s post-launch content at no additional cost, including a bonus campaign act, multiplayer maps and modes, classic characters, and cosmetics. These are part of Reloaded’s included content, not the expired pre-order skin offer.
Xbox Wire also described a separate historical free upgrade for Xbox players who owned the digital Gears of War: Ultimate Edition before the May 5, 2025 announcement cutoff. That upgrade offer is distinct from the Reloaded pre-order bonuses.

What did Reloaded cost at launch?
Xbox Wire gave a US suggested retail price of $39.99 in its 2025 release announcement. That is the launch-era suggested price, not a current price check. The announcement also said the game would be available day one through PC Game Pass and Game Pass Ultimate; this does not establish present-day catalog availability.
