Secrets of The Spiral is already available: its two chapters, The Backstage and The Shores, released on June 12 and September 30, 2026, respectively. The base game has four main locations: The Necropolis, The Candy Factory, Carnevale, and The Institute.

- The Necropolis: A desert city of ruins and wind. The publisher’s early walkthrough shows Low and Alone working together to navigate its dangers.
- The Candy Factory: An unsettling factory where Candy Weevils are among the threats.
- Carnevale: A rain-soaked, grimy funfair. The Backstage DLC explores a darker area behind Carnevale’s curtains.
- The Institute: The fourth location in the publisher’s main-game chapter guide.
These are the four main-game locations; the two Secrets of The Spiral chapters are additional DLC, not chapters in this list.
Secrets of The Spiral release dates and chapters
The Expansion Pass adds two chapters and the Ferryman Costumes Set. Both chapters have released.

Bandai Namco announced The Backstage for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The publisher lists The Shores for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC. Check your platform’s store for the current listing and purchase options.
Which edition includes the DLC?

The Shores is also available to buy separately, according to Bandai Namco. That does not mean every storefront has identical bundles or entitlements: verify the platform-specific listing before purchasing. A physical Standard Edition is the base game; the fact that it is physical does not indicate that it includes DLC.

Bandai Namco describes the added tales as enriching the experience with hidden secrets, new perspectives, and unexpected horrors, while noting they are not essential to the main story. The publisher lists physical and digital editions in its official shop.
