Grounded Wiki’s 2026 location list reports 63 Milk Molars, 29 Mega Milk Molars, and 60 Moldy Milk Molars in Brookhollow Park. Track them as three separate collectibles: regular Molars upgrade the player who spends them, Mega Molars provide upgrades for everyone in the world, and Moldy Molars advance buggy upgrades. The totals and map entries are community-maintained and may change with game updates, so check each numbered entry against your current map and build.
What are the three kinds of Milk Molars?
The three categories have different upgrade effects, so a checklist that combines them can leave you unsure what you have actually collected. Grounded Wiki lists each separately in its Milk Molar location reference.

How many Milk Molars are there in Grounded 2?
The totals above are the counts Grounded Wiki reported in its 2026 crawl; they are not a guarantee for every game build. A separate video guide published February 5, 2026 is titled “Grounded 2: ALL 68 Milk Molars! (Every Location Guide)” and describes normal and Mega Molars. Its 68-title count does not match the wiki’s separate category totals, and the sources do not establish whether the difference comes from scope or an update. Treat the figures as source-specific rather than combining them into one total. The Partisan Spy’s guide is a route reference, not a reconciliation of the counts.
How to use the location list
Grounded Wiki numbers its entries and pairs hiding spots with landmarks and, where applicable, access requirements. Use that map-numbered table as the checklist for the full route; the examples below illustrate how to read it, not a complete set of locations. Before heading out, note any tool or access item named on the particular entry. Some spots require a Red Soldier Ant Buggy, an explosive, or another named tool; many do not list a special requirement. Don’t assume a requirement for one location applies to the others.

The wiki’s numbered route continues through Ceremony, Statue, Croquet Court, Picnic Table, Pine Hill, Bridge, Skunk Pond, Pergola, and Abyssal Galleries. Consult its current table for every entry and its specific requirements rather than treating these examples as a full checklist. One later numbered entry lists an Omni-Clipper requirement, another reason to check each item individually.

PC Gamer’s July 29, 2025 guide offers useful orientation examples: a Picnic Table-area Milk Molar at the bottom of the Toxic Anthill near sturdy quartzite and marble deposits, and another on a mushroom on the northwest side of the large tree in the Entrance region. These dated directions can help identify landmarks, but they are not proof that every route matches the latest build. Compare the location with the current map and the map-numbered wiki entry. Why counts and routes may differ
Grounded Wiki is community-maintained, and the available location references do not establish a specific game build or firsthand verification of every spot. Counts, routes, and access requirements can change as the game is updated. The safest completion method is to record regular, Mega, and Moldy Molars separately and verify individual numbered locations in the map reference for the version you are playing.
