The July 26, 2025 Corrupted Zen Event update guide named six pets: Maneki-neko, Kodama, Corrupted Kodama, Football Pet, Raiju, and Corrupted Kitsune. Here are their rarities, the abilities and acquisition routes reported at the time, and what remains unknown about whether you can still obtain them.
This is a historical guide to the Corrupted Zen Event, not a claim that these pets or event routes are available now. Pro Game Guides published its pet list on July 26, 2025; the archived update log identifies Update 1.16.0 as the Corrupted Zen Event update on that date. The update log names Corrupted Kitsune and says “5+ More,” but does not independently enumerate the full six-pet list below.
Which pets were listed in the Corrupted Event update?
| Pet | Rarity | Ability reported by Pro Game Guides in 2025 |
|---|---|---|
| Maneki-neko | Uncommon | Periodically triggers a fortune effect with an 8.61% chance to refund fruit for 11.02 seconds; the guide says rarer fruit has a rarer refund chance. |
| Kodama | Legendary | After a Zen-type fruit is collected, the guide reports a 4.48% chance for it to gain the Tranquil mutation. |
| Corrupted Kodama | Legendary | After a Zen-type fruit is collected, the guide reports a 4.48% chance for it to gain the Corrupted mutation. |
| Football Pet | Legendary | Every 87 seconds, it runs to the Gear Shop or Seed Shop and awards 870 Sheckles or, according to the guide, has a 20.36% chance to award a Watering Can. |
| Raiju | Mythical | Consumes a Shocked fruit for 1.5 times its Sheckle value and may cause Static mutations. During a Thunderstorm, the guide reports a 20.15% chance for Shocked. |
| Corrupted Kitsune | Prismatic | Targets nine fruits every 20 minutes 48 seconds. The guide reports a 20.65% chance per fruit for Corrupt Chakra and a very rare chance for Corrupt Foxfire Chakra. |
All mechanics, percentages, and timers in this table are figures reported by Pro Game Guides in its July 26, 2025 article, not independently verified current-game statistics. The guide has one acquisition-section typo, “Corrupted Kodamo”; its pet table and the separate Kodama reference use “Kodama,” so this article uses Corrupted Kodama.
How did players get the event pets?
The routes below are those described in the 2025 guide. The archived update log supports the broad event structure—fruit requests from a corrupt channeler, corruption progression, and balancing Tranquil and Corrupt mutated fruits—but does not verify each pet-specific route or drop percentage.
