Dead Drop, Mission 2 of Sniper Elite: Resistance, has three weapon workbenches: the Rifle bench in an upper-floor building at the far western edge of the map, the Pistol bench in an underground tunnel near the library, and the Secondary (also called SMG) bench in the Citadel courtyard area. Each is behind a locked door or gate; lockpicking or bolt cutters can get you through.
Rifle workbench: far-western building
Head to the western or southwestern edge of the map and look for a large building. The bench is upstairs in a room behind a locked door. Walkthroughs describe the building variously as a monastery or a building in the far corner, but agree on its western map position and upper-floor location. One route approaches from the broken stone bridge, climbs vines into a broken tower, then crosses west through the streets. Another describes climbing crates or taking stairs to the second floor.
Reward: Rifle Marksmanship Pack.
Pistol workbench: tunnel near the library
Find the library and look for an entrance leading down to an underground tunnel. One walkthrough points to an entrance inside the library near the desks; another describes a route outside the library. The Pistol workbench is behind a locked gate in the tunnel. Use a lockpick or bolt cutters to open it.
Reward: Pistol Carbine Kit.
Secondary/SMG workbench: Citadel courtyard
Enter the Citadel and check the courtyard or garden area by the front gate. The bench is through a locked door immediately to the left when entering the courtyard; another guide describes it as being on the left side of the yard when viewed from the main entrance. A lockpick or bolt cutters can open the door.

Choosing an order
The guides do not establish a required order for finding the benches. You can collect them based on where you are, which weapon upgrade you want first, and whether you already have a lockpick or bolt cutters. Treat any suggested sweep as a convenience, not a mission requirement.

What finding all three gives you
GameSpot reports that finding every workbench earns the “Innovator” achievement. The three benches are the confirmed workbench count; walkthroughs differ on the mission’s total number of collectibles, so that broader count is not included here.
