Winter Warmth was a limited-time Disney Dreamlight Valley Star Path that ran from December 10, 2025, to February 10, 2026, with token redemption ending February 11, according to the community-maintained event page. Its regular duties covered everyday Valley activities; eight weekly Routine Duty sets added themed checklists and progression toward bonus rewards. The event is no longer active, but the lists below document what players were asked to do.
How Winter Warmth Star Path duties worked
Players earned Winter Waffle Tokens by completing duties, then exchanged those tokens for event rewards. The reported reward categories included clothing, furniture, motifs, Dream Styles, and companions such as Festive Pegasus. The community-maintained Winter Warmth event page records the event dates and reward context.
Gameloft’s revised Star Path format separates regular duties from weekly Routine Duties. In its August 2025 update, Gameloft says the initial selection of regular duties provides enough tokens for the regular reward track; Routine Duties contribute to bonus rewards in seasons that offer them.
Premium and non-Premium progression
Under Gameloft’s Star Path explainer, published August 18, 2025, released Routine Duties remain available rather than expiring. Premium players can complete released tasks in any order. Non-Premium players unlock the next set by finishing the active set, so they progress through the sets in order but can catch up later. The general system rule says new sets unlock Wednesdays at 1:00 PM UTC; that published timing is not a separate verification of Winter Warmth’s individual release schedule.

The following task names and targets are reported by Cozy Corner Gaming’s Winter Warmth guide. Confirm targets in the in-game duty display if comparing against a particular save or a later correction.

What regular duties asked players to do
Regular duties drew on recurring Valley activities, sometimes with escalating quantities, specific items, biomes, characters, or task types. The examples in Destructoid’s detailed Winter Warmth guide show the range; they are examples of duties that appeared, not a claim that every task was displayed at once.

- Mine and sell: mine rock spots, collect gems of specified colors or shapes, mine particular gems, or sell gems and other items.
- Complete progression tasks: finish Dreamlight Duties, Mist Duties, or Storybook Duties; open Memory Shards.
- Craft and cook: craft items or tool varnishes and cook meals that meet a specified star rating.
- Fish, dig, and gather: fish in named biomes; dig; or harvest berries, fruit, flowers, cocoa beans, carrots, or pumpkins.
- Spend time with villagers and critters: hang out with named villagers, pet critters, or feed Sea Turtles.
- Take part in social and creative activities: take a photo in the shop, complete Boutique Challenges, and complete other requested interactions.
Destructoid describes duties rotating as players complete them and counts 110 across the event. That total is not settled: a NintendoSmash search result gives 91, and the reviewed official pages do not establish an event-specific total. Treat the lists as task guidance rather than a definitive count of every regular duty.
