The update brought Cinderella back to the Valley and set up the Friendship Ball, according to the official announcement.
Winter Warmth dates and current status
The community-maintained Winter Warmth event archive records a run from December 10, 2025, through February 10, 2026, ending at 2:00 p.m. UTC. It says players could redeem remaining tokens until February 11 at 2:00 p.m. UTC. A separate event listing shows December 10, 2025–February 9, 2026; the available sources do not establish why the end dates differ. The detailed archive’s time is the more precise schedule.
The Star Path is no longer active, so these clues are historical reference rather than tasks that can still be completed for Winter Warmth rewards. The Winter Ball update itself was available on all platforms, but that broader update availability did not extend the Star Path window.

What the full Duty list covers
The archive lists 91 main Duties, worth up to 1,305 tokens in total, and 24 Routine Duties, worth up to 810 tokens. These are totals recorded by the event archive, not official player statistics. The tasks span recurring activities and themed interactions:
- Clear Night Thorns and other qualifying obstacles; mine, fish, harvest, sell items, and complete Royal Tasks.
- Craft items and potions, cook meals at required star levels, reveal Memories, and earn Dreamlight.
- Give gifts, talk with villagers, spend time hanging out, and complete Cinderella-specific interactions.
- Collect particular resources, such as colored gems, fish from named locations or colored ripples, seeds, vegetables, and winter materials.
- Take photos, change clothing, enter Boutique Challenges, interact with companions, and submit DreamSnaps.
Examples from the main Duties include clearing Night Thorns 10 times for 5 tokens, mining five times for 10 tokens, completing one Royal Task for 5 tokens, crafting three items for 5 tokens, cooking five one-star meals for 5 tokens, revealing one Memory for 5 tokens, fishing five times for 10 tokens, and earning 5,000 Dreamlight for 15 tokens. Each number and token award refers to the archive’s record of the Winter Warmth Duty, not a general rule for other Star Paths.

Routine Duties were released weekly
The 24 Routine Duties were separate from the 91 main Duties and arrived in groups of three across eight weekly releases, from December 10, 2025, through February 4, 2026. Their subjects included winter-resource gathering, making cloth and a snowman, gifting, cooking chocolate-chip meals, photos, villager hangouts and discussions, harvesting fruit and vegetables, earning Dreamlight, selling items, mining Diamonds, clothing changes, Boutique Challenges and DreamSnaps. According to the archive, players without Premium had to complete each weekly unlock in sequence before advancing; Premium players could work through all unlocked Routine Duties after the final set became available.

Redeeming three of the seven rewards in a section unlocked the next section, according to the archive. The overall reward pool included clothing, furniture, house styles, motifs, Dream Styles and companions. The official Winter Ball announcement specifically highlighted the Cozy Winter Anna Dream Style, Main Street Emporium house skin and Baby Pegasus; the event archive also lists a Festive Pegasus companion.

No: the Star Path redemption window recorded by the event archive closed on February 11, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. UTC. Buying the base game now does not reopen the expired event or restore its token track. The Cozy Edition is a retail edition of the game, not a way to reactivate Winter Warmth. Gameloft’s edition page points to region-specific retailers; its Cozy Edition support FAQ says the Switch edition is a boxed code rather than a cartridge, while PlayStation 4/5 and Xbox Series X|S/Xbox One editions are discs.
