The offer was for eligible Amazon Prime members, but the rewards were reported as PC codes for Epic Games Store or GOG—not necessarily four permanent Luna-streaming entitlements.
Because the promotion dates from March 2026, do not assume these games are still claimable. Amazon’s current gaming page is the appropriate place to check, while an indexed direct claim page for Mahokenshi displayed a technical-difficulties message rather than confirming an active claim.
The four games added on March 13
These four titles joined three earlier March releases, bringing the reported number of games available at that point to seven. That was not necessarily the complete final total for the month; separate coverage referred to a broader 13-game March Luna lineup.
| Game | What it is | Reported delivery | Reported list price at publication |
|---|---|---|---|
| Total War: Rome II – Emperor Edition | Historical grand strategy with a turn-based campaign and real-time battles | Epic Games Store code | $59.99 |
| Veil of Darkness | 1993 horror-action adventure with RPG and point-and-click elements | GOG code | $9.99 |
| Turmoil | Oil-rush drilling and resource-management simulation | Epic Games Store code | $12.99 |
| Mahokenshi – The Samurai Deckbuilder | Tactical deckbuilding roguelike with hex-grid combat | GOG code | $24.99 |
The prices above were reported list prices on March 13, 2026—not guaranteed current prices or guaranteed savings. Notebookcheck’s report identified the four games and their redemption platforms.

What each game offers
Total War: Rome II – Emperor Edition
The headline addition is Creative Assembly’s large-scale ancient-Rome strategy game. You manage diplomacy, politics, economies, armies, and territorial expansion on a turn-based campaign map, then fight battles in real time. The Emperor Edition includes the game’s expanded edition content and improvements described in the contemporary report as rebalanced combat, improved visuals, and broader political features.
It is the strongest pick for players who want a substantial strategy game, but newcomers should expect a steep learning curve. The reported $59.99 figure is a historical list price, not a current valuation.
Veil of Darkness
Originally released in 1993, Veil of Darkness combines vampire-themed horror with action, role-playing systems, and point-and-click-style exploration. Its atmosphere and historical significance are the main attractions.

Modern players should be prepared for dated controls, presentation, and combat. It is better suited to retro-horror and classic-adventure enthusiasts than to anyone expecting contemporary convenience features.
Turmoil
Turmoil turns the 19th-century American oil rush into a colorful management game. You locate deposits, drill wells, sell oil, upgrade operations, and compete for territory and profit. Its humorous tone makes the premise more approachable than a conventional business simulator.
The stages can become repetitive, but it is the most accessible choice here for players who prefer shorter simulation sessions.

Mahokenshi – The Samurai Deckbuilder
This 2023 tactical deckbuilding roguelike uses hex-grid combat, card-based abilities, and art inspired by Japanese mythology. It is the natural choice for players who enjoy combining positioning with deck construction and repeated runs.
The reported drawbacks include repetitive mission structures and a card pool that may feel limited over time. An indexed official claim page existed, but the available page state showed technical difficulties, so it should not be treated as proof that the offer remains active.

“On Luna” did not necessarily mean Luna streaming
This distinction matters. Amazon’s official gaming page describes Prime as providing access to a rotating selection of games through Luna. However, the four March 13 rewards were reported as redemption codes:

- Total War: Rome II and Turmoil used Epic Games Store codes.
- Veil of Darkness and Mahokenshi used GOG codes.
In practical terms, Luna served as Amazon’s promotion and claim interface, while the resulting PC games were redeemed through separate storefronts. That is different from receiving four titles as permanent games in a Luna cloud-streaming library. Epic rewards require an Epic account and compatible PC access; GOG rewards require a GOG account. Redeem each code carefully, because codes claimed to the wrong account may be difficult or impossible to move.

The reported requirement was an active Amazon Prime membership. The promotion was not a general giveaway for every Amazon or Luna visitor. A one-month Prime trial was mentioned for some eligible new subscribers, but trial availability and terms can vary by country, account history, and date.
Regional availability also matters. The reporting used U.S.-dollar pricing and does not establish that every title, code, Prime trial, or Luna feature was available in every supported Luna market. Check the Amazon gaming page for the region attached to your account.

Can you still claim the games?
The four-game wave went live on March 13, 2026, and the supplied evidence does not verify that its claim window remains open. Treat the games as historical March 2026 rewards unless the official interface currently shows a working claim button and confirms the destination storefront.
- Open Amazon’s official gaming page and sign in with the relevant Prime account.
- Check the current Luna or Prime gaming claims rather than relying on an old search result or direct link.
- Confirm whether the reward is Luna access, an Epic Games Store code, or a GOG code.
- Before claiming, verify the storefront account and region.
- If a direct claim page produces an error, return to the official gaming interface and check whether the promotion has expired.
Common reasons for failure include an inactive or unrecognized Prime membership, an unsupported region, using the wrong regional Luna page, an expired claim period, or a code already claimed to another account.
Which game is the best pick?
- Best overall for depth: Total War: Rome II – Emperor Edition, provided you are willing to learn its systems.
- Best for simulation fans: Turmoil, with a lighter and more immediately understandable structure.
- Best for tactical roguelike fans: Mahokenshi, especially if hex-grid combat and deckbuilding appeal to you.
- Best for retro-horror fans: Veil of Darkness, primarily as a historical or cult-classic curiosity.
For existing Prime members, claiming any available title costs nothing beyond the membership already being maintained. Starting Prime solely for one or two March games is harder to justify, particularly if the promotion has expired or the games do not match your interests. The nominal list prices should not be treated as guaranteed savings: current storefront prices, discounts, and whether you would have bought a particular game are more meaningful measures.
