Why is Festivale not happening on my island?
Nintendo recommends checking the console’s date and time, installing the latest game update, and confirming that applicable progression, account, and connectivity requirements are met. Its special-event troubleshooting guidance notes that events occur on specific calendar days and that many require enough progress for Resident Services to be built. A linked Nintendo Account and an internet connection may also be required when the event is scheduled.
