Which April PS Plus games were for Premium only?
Wild Arms 4 was the Premium-specific addition. Sony placed it in the Classics Catalog; the other seven announced games were for the Game Catalog available to Extra and Premium subscribers. Premium includes the Classics Catalog as part of its benefits, according to PlayStation’s US plan page.

Which games were announced for PS4?
Sony listed The Crew Motorfest, Warriors: Abyss, and Wild Arms 4 for both PS4 and PS5. The PS4 offering associated with the Horizon Zero Dawn announcement was Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition, not the PS5 Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered. Sony announced the remastered edition for PS5 only.
Are the April 2026 games still in PS Plus?
The April announcement establishes that these games were scheduled for the catalog on April 21, 2026; it does not establish that they remain there now. Sony says catalog availability can vary by time, subscription tier, and region. Search each title in the PlayStation Store for your country and check its current PS Plus label before downloading or streaming. The US plan page also notes that subscription benefits and access depend on the plan; its terms and displayed prices should not be assumed to apply elsewhere.

What “free” means for these games
These were included catalog games for eligible paid subscribers, not universally free downloads. Sony’s US PlayStation Plus page says subscriptions recur until canceled and catalog access is tied to the corresponding plan. Premium members can download or stream eligible titles under the service’s terms; Sony notes that some classic PS3 games are streaming-only. Check your country’s plan and store details for applicable access and billing terms.
