ARC Raiders Expedition 2 required contributions across six ordered stages: four item-donation stages, a Load Stage with four separate value thresholds, and a final 100,000 ARC-damage objective. It ran from December 22, 2025, to February 25, 2026, and is over; treat this as a historical checklist, not a project players can start now. Embark later announced that Expedition 5, scheduled for September 8–29, 2026, would be the last run until early 2027 while the team works on major improvements. Check Embark’s latest announcement and the live game for any changes. The requirement list is from a third-party guide that disclaims affiliation with Embark, while Embark’s announcements are the primary sources for rewards and preserved progress.

Expedition 2 requirement list

The six stages were ordered, so use the project screen to confirm what is active before contributing items. The item quantities below are listed by the third-party Expedition 2 requirement guide; they are not an Embark-published checklist.

2. Core Systems

  • Durable Cloth × 35
  • Wires × 25
  • Electrical Components × 20
  • Cooling Coil × 4

3. Framework

  • Light Bulb × 4
  • Battery × 30
  • Shredder Gyro × 10
  • Exodus Modules × 1

4. Outfitting

  • Frequency Modulation Box × 5
  • Advanced Electrical Components × 5
  • Ion Sputter × 3
  • Leaper Pulse Unit × 3

5. Load Stage

  • Combat Items worth 200,000 Coins
  • Survival Items worth 100,000 Coins
  • Provisions worth 150,000 Coins
  • Materials worth 300,000 Coins

These are four distinct category thresholds, not one interchangeable 750,000-Coin donation. Check the value the game displays for each item as you select it rather than assuming items in a category have equal value.

6. Departure

  • Deal 100,000 damage to ARC.

The requirement table lists this damage objective separately from the Load Stage contributions.

How to clear the checklist efficiently

The available evidence supports organizing contributions by stage and category; it does not establish tested farming routes, the best map, or item-specific loot efficiency. A practical plan is to track requirements and counters separately:

  1. Make a checklist for Foundation, Core Systems, Framework, and Outfitting. Compare each quantity with your inventory and update it only after checking what you actually have.
  2. For Load Stage, keep four separate running totals: Combat, Survival, Provisions, and Materials. Use the game’s displayed contribution value when selecting items.
  3. Keep the Departure objective on its own tracker. ARC damage does not replace any Load Stage threshold.
  4. Before contributing, confirm the active project stage and requested items in the game. The requirements are staged; do not treat later-stage items as a substitute for the current request.
  5. If you are also tracking Skill Point rewards, maintain a separate stash-value target. Stash value is not the same counter as the four Load Stage category contributions.

The exact historical project-screen behavior for how category contributions and overall stash value were counted at every point in the run is not established by the available sources. For any future Expedition, follow the live project screen rather than assuming these historical requirements or counters will return unchanged.

Load Stage donations, ARC damage, and Skill Point stash value are different goals

Goal What counted Source and qualification
Load Stage Combat Items: 200,000 Coins; Survival Items: 100,000; Provisions: 150,000; Materials: 300,000. Each category has its own threshold. Third-party Expedition 2 requirement guide; publication date not stated.
Departure Deal 100,000 damage to ARC. Third-party Expedition 2 requirement guide; publication date not stated.
Stash-value reward 3 million Coins for five Skill Points, equivalent to 600,000 Coins per point. Embark Studios’ Expedition 2 announcement, 2026.
Catch-up points 300,000 Coins per missing Skill Point from Expedition 1. Embark Studios’ Expedition 2 announcement, 2026; current Expedition points counted before catch-up points.

Embark cautioned that rewards and requirements could change in future runs. These Expedition 2 figures should not be used as a promise about a later project.

What Expedition 2 reset and what it preserved

Embark’s Help Center says the Expedition Project unlocks at level 20 and generally resets most progression tied to the current character. Its general description gives a seven-week preparation period and an eighth-week finalization window; those are system-level details, not a schedule for a future Expedition. For Expedition 2, Embark specifically said these were not affected:

  • Trophy Display Project and cosmetics
  • Raider Deck progress
  • Unlocked map regions
  • Leaderboard position and Trials
  • Codex entries
  • Raider Tokens

Embark’s February 2026 announcement stated: “The Trophy Display Project, along with your cosmetics, any Raider Deck progress, unlocked map regions, leaderboard position and Trials, Codex entries, and Raider Tokens will not be affected by the Expedition.”

Can you still start Expedition 2?

No: the requirement page marks Expedition 2 ended and gives its run as December 22, 2025, to February 25, 2026. Embark’s fifth-Expedition announcement set that run for September 8–29, 2026, and said it would be the last until early 2027 while the team makes major improvements. Those dates describe the announcements available here; check Embark’s current game and official updates for newer status or future requirements.
