In ARC Raiders, go to the Departure Building on Spaceport, enter through its north main entrance, climb the stairs, then turn left into the nearby Medical Exam Room. Pass the examination tables and search the records on the desk to complete the quest objective. The cited guides say you can extract or keep playing afterward; you do not need to bring an item out.
Where to find the Medical Exam Room
Prescriptions of the Past is given by Lance. Its listed objectives are to visit the Departure Building in Spaceport, find the Medical Exam Room inside, and search the records. GameSpot places the building on the west side of the map; another guide describes it as west of the Launch Towers. GameSpot’s quest guide and the ARC Raiders Database quest listing provide the quest details.
- Deploy to Spaceport and head for the Departure Building.
- Enter through the north main entrance.
- Go upstairs. At the top, turn left and enter the nearby door on the left.
- Walk past the examination tables to the desk with papers.
- Interact with the records. PC Gamer describes yellow-marked folders by a computer and labels the interaction “Search Medical Records.”

Do you need to extract after searching the records?
No extraction is required for the search objective described by the cited guides. After interacting with the records, you can extract or continue your run; the guides do not say you must carry an item out.

Quest rewards
The ARC Raiders Database lists the following rewards for the quest:
- One Heavy Shield
- One Tactical MK. 3 (Healing)
- Three Adrenaline Shots

GameSpot notes that the Departure Building is a popular loot area with searchable drawers and containers, so watch for other raiders as you make your way through it. PC Gamer recommends using a free loadout because the objective does not require extracting an item.
