Get close enough for the station marker to appear on your map, activate the console, then follow the flare to the nearby drop and breach its pod to loot it. For the early quest “A Better Use,” you need to request and loot a Supply Drop.
How to find a Supply Call Station
Look for a ground-level radio beside a tall, slender antenna with a white or flashing light. The antenna is often easier to spot than the console, especially when scanning open sightlines. The map marker is proximity-based: check your map while searching an area, but do not expect it to lead you to a station from across the zone. Guides describe stations as fixed locations, though the locations below are reported search areas, not a complete or guaranteed current spawn list.

Dam Battlegrounds
Hydroponic Dome Complex is a practical place to start, but reports differ on the exact position: look around the complex rather than relying on a single pin. Other reported search areas include:
- South of Water Treatment Control or south of Loading Bay.
- East of Control Tower, near the Leaper.
- The jungle between Small Creek and Testing Annex.
- Around Red Lakes.
- Power Generation complex and Power Control, near the Underpass.
- West of Research & Administration.
- Northwest of Pipeline Tower.
Buried City
Reported search areas include West Village; rooftops near the highway and Old Town; the eastern buried buildings; south of New District near Security; and Guardiosa Apartments. At Guardiosa Apartments, one guide describes reaching the roof by taking the interior zipline and stairs.

How to call and loot a Supply Drop
- Check the area. Look for nearby players and ARC enemies before using the station; the call and drop can draw attention.
- Activate the console. Approach the radio and interact with it, then choose the prompt to request a Supply Drop.
- Follow the flare. Watch the flare launched by the call and use its direction to find the descending drop. It lands nearby, not necessarily beside the station.
- Breach the pod and loot it. Find the tube-like pod, breach it, and loot the crate. The breach is noisy, so stay alert while opening it.
Completing “A Better Use”
The quest objective is to request a Supply Drop from a station and loot it. If you have already activated a station but the objective is unfinished, make sure you follow the flare to the drop itself and loot the crate after breaching the pod. A guide reports a reward of Extended Light Mag I, Compensator I, and Stable Stock I; verify the reward shown in your current quest state, since it may change.

Safer tactics for the call and breach
- Search the immediate area before activating the station, and note cover or an exit route.
- Use the antenna silhouette and light to locate the station, then check the map for its nearby marker.
- After the call, watch for ARC enemies and other players as you approach the landing area.
- Expect the breach to be audible; avoid lingering at the pod after looting if the area becomes unsafe.
Reported locations and quest details can change with game updates. Treat the areas above as leads, then confirm the station and objective in your raid.
