What you need and how to unlock the quest
The objective is 6 Wires and 1 Battery. The quest listing identifies Shani as the quest giver. A guide updated June 4, 2026, reports that Picking Up the Pieces is the prerequisite and that Trash into Treasure can be completed on any map. Check your quest screen and finish the prerequisite if Shani has not offered it.
- Complete Picking Up the Pieces, then accept Trash into Treasure from Shani in Speranza.
- Check your inventory and stash for 6 Wires and 1 Battery before deploying.
- Collect any missing items using the approaches below.
- Return to Speranza and turn in the completed objectives to Shani.
Where to look for Wires
Wires are classified as an uncommon Topside Material and are associated with the Electrical and Technological loot categories. Use those map labels as your broadest search filter: they are more useful than roaming unrelated areas, but do not guarantee a Wire drop.
Dam Battlegrounds
Secondary guides recommend checking the Power Generation Complex, Research & Administration, and Control Tower. Search electrical equipment and nearby containers, including server racks and electrical boxes. These are guide-derived priorities, not fixed or guaranteed item locations; no reliable spawn percentages are established.

The quest is reported as completable on any map. Look for areas marked Electrical or Technological on the map you choose and inspect relevant loot objects. Because the exact contents vary, allow for the possibility that a raid will not yield the required amount.

What to expect when turning in the quest
Published reward listings disagree. ARC Raiders Hub lists 1 Tactical Mk 1 and 3 Adrenaline Shots; COE GG also lists 1 Binoculars. Check the reward panel in your current quest screen for the authoritative bundle. Whether turning in the required materials consumes them is not established by the available corroborated sources, so do not assume they will be retained.
