Do unusual-looking Pokémon count as shinies?

This is Pokémon Pokopia, the slow-life simulation in which players play as Ditto and build a life with Pokémon. Nintendo describes its focus as crafting, creating, building, and interacting with Pokémon. The US Nintendo store lists a physical version for Nintendo Switch 2 with a March 5, 2026 release date: Pokémon Pokopia for Nintendo Switch 2.
