No. Both official download pages list the other mod as conflicting. Use one at a time; installing both is not a supported way to combine their features.

How do you install WonderfulWhims?
The official WonderfulWhims installation guide gives these steps:
- Open the downloaded archive and move the
WonderfulWhimsModfolder directly into the Sims 4 Mods folder. - In Game Options, enable “Enable Custom Content and Mods” and “Script Mods Allowed.”
- Repeat the enablement step after every game update, since an update can turn those settings off.
The guide says third-party archive software is optional; Windows and macOS can open archives. The download page also says no extra mods or packs are required for WonderfulWhims to function.
