Depot Node I is in Valley IV’s Originium Science Park. Approach Bonnie to start the rescue quest, defeat the Landbreakers, then interact with the depot node and pay 4,500 Valley Stock Bills to unlock it. Talk to Bonnie after leaving the node menu to complete the follow-up.

Where Depot Node I starts

Go to Originium Science Park in Valley IV and approach Bonnie. The quest should unlock automatically when you get close. Its in-game description, reproduced by PowerPyx, reads: “An operator is surrounded by Landbreakers. Go and rescue her.”

The encounter is in the southwest part of the park, near the entry path, according to the guides from PowerPyx and Nerd’s Chalk.

How to complete the quest

  1. Approach Bonnie. Travel to Originium Science Park in Valley IV and get close to her to trigger the quest.
  2. Rescue the operator. Find the Landbreakers surrounding the operator and defeat them.
  3. Unlock the depot node. Interact with the node and pay 4,500 Valley Stock Bills. PowerPyx lists this as the unlock cost.
  4. Talk to Bonnie. Leave the node menu and speak with her. PowerPyx says the conversation begins automatically when you back out of the menu.

If you need more Valley Stock Bills

PowerPyx describes using the currency information/source interface to open Valley IV Outpost and Orders, then exchanging a good you have in quantity. After the exchange, interact with the depot node again. The guide uses PlayStation-style button prompts; the exact prompts may differ by platform or interface version. Don’t exchange a specific item unless you’re comfortable parting with it.

Depot Node I rewards

PowerPyx’s February 1, 2026 guide lists these quest rewards:

  • Oroberyl ×25
  • T-Creds ×1,550
  • Elementary Cognitive Carrier ×2
  • Protohedron ×1
  • Arms INSP Kit ×5
  • Operational EXP ×100

Nerd’s Chalk’s January 25, 2026 guide lists the same other reward quantities, formatting T-Creds as 1.55K, but does not mention Elementary Cognitive Carrier ×2. That omission does not establish that the game gives different rewards. If you need the exact current list, check the reward panel in-game.

What unlocking the node does

Depot Nodes are part of Valley IV’s storage and logistics progression. The first Originium Science Park node serves as the Depot Node I tutorial and contributes to regional material storage. Depot functionality can also support delivering resources to other characters, but that does not mean this one unlock grants every depot feature: Game8’s Depot Node guide distinguishes the initial storage benefit from functions tied to further progression, and a separate Depot Node II exists.

Guides dated January–March 2026 do not specify a game patch number, and interface prompts or displayed rewards can change. Use the live quest and reward panels if their text differs from these guide details.
