In Arknights: Endfield’s “Lone Wolf” mission, follow the environmental arrows near the Haze to find the clue, then activate the five switches from left to right in this order: 2, 1, 5, 4, 3.

How to open the gate in Lone Wolf

  1. At the gate, note the five symbol-marked switches from left to right.

  2. Move toward the Haze or gaseous area and look for arrows in the environment.

  3. Follow the arrows to the clue.

  4. Return to the switches and activate the second, first, fifth, fourth, and third switches, in that order.

The sequence is reported by Game8 and PowerPyx. Counting positions from the left avoids confusion: walkthroughs use differing names for the symbols, and the available guides do not establish an authoritative English name for every glyph.

Where the puzzle appears in the quest

“Lone Wolf” is Wulfgard’s Operator Mission. Game8 says it unlocks after “Paving the Way.” The gate puzzle occurs during the underground camp section, after you enter the camp and encounter the Landbreakers. Once the gate opens, continue following Giovanni farther into the camp. Game8 and PowerPyx both describe “Paving the Way” as the prerequisite.

Why use switch positions instead of symbol names?

Walkthroughs vary in their wording for the symbols. Nerdschalk calls them “Night, target, escape, foot-rest, and fire,” while GamerHour uses “Knight” rather than “Night” for the first symbol. Since the names are not consistent, use the left-to-right positions and enter 2-1-5-4-3 rather than relying on a glyph’s label. Nerdschalk and GamerHour provide those differing labels.
