How do you unlock Umbral Monument?
The official notes reviewed do not state the mode’s base Authority Level requirement. The community wiki says stages require a specified Endministrator Authority Level, but does not give the number. Check the in-game mode interface on your account for the current access requirement and whether a particular stage is available; do not rely on an unverified level threshold.

What is the best strategy for Umbral Monument?
There is no supported universal best team, build, or rotation for the current series. The challenges and enemy lineups may differ by stage, so build around the conditions shown on the stage you are attempting rather than copying a team without checking its context.

Beastly Howl: past event rewards
The official announcement scheduled Monumental Etching: Beastly Howl from August 6, 2026 at 12:00 through August 20, 2026 at 04:00, server time. Completing event challenges offered Oroberyl ×1,200 and an Advanced Progression Selection Crate I among the rewards. That event window has elapsed as of October 7, 2026; these are historical rewards, not a currently open claim opportunity. See the official event announcement for its terms.
Rewards vary by series
The Howlers of the Crag series announcement also lists Mark of Perseverance, Advanced Cognitive Carrier, Arms INSP Set, and Protohedron among its rewards. The announcement associates those items with the series; check the current in-game stage and event displays for availability and completion conditions. Do not assume the Beastly Howl event rewards or dates apply to another Monumental Etching event.
The earlier Turbidity Manifest update documented a separate six-stage series and its associated Monumental Etching: Corrupting Surge event. Its rewards and schedule are specific to that release and should not be combined with Beastly Howl’s rewards.
