What happened during the livestream?
Times of India reported that on August 3, Asmongold was watching Nick Shirley’s YouTube video “Ceuta Spain Was Invaded… Spain Falls to Moroccan Migrants” and discussing people entering a country without permission. The report places the exchange at about four hours and 51 minutes into the broadcast.
According to that account, Asmongold said he would “shoot whoever,” including “kids, women, men, anybody.” The report says a viewer later asked, “You said you’d shoot kids?” and Asmongold replied, “Yeah.” These remarks are reported by the newspaper; the exchange is not independently authenticated here. Why was Asmongold banned on Twitch?
Hindustan Times reported that Zackrawrr’s suspension notice said he could not stream because of a Community Guidelines violation. It also reported that Twitch did not name the specific rule. The available reporting therefore does not establish which policy Twitch applied or confirm that the August 3 remarks were the stated reason for enforcement. How long was the suspension?
The exact length of Asmongold’s suspension and any appeal outcome have not been established in the cited reporting. Twitch’s general help page says streaming suspensions for Terms of Service or Community Guidelines violations last from 24 hours to 30 days, but that range is not evidence of how long this particular suspension lasted. When did Asmongold return to Twitch?

Is this the same as Asmongold’s earlier suspension?
No. The recent incident described here is the August 2026 suspension. Asmongold also had a separate suspension in April 2026; the two incidents should not be conflated.
