The Assassin’s Creed Shadows and Attack on Titan crossover quest ran from November 25 to December 22, 2025, and Ubisoft says it is no longer playable. The separate in-game store offers are listed through November 24, 2027; buying the game now will not unlock the expired quest.
Can you play the Attack on Titan quest now?
No. Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed Shadows FAQ, checked October 7, 2026, says the quest is no longer available. It ran for a limited time, from November 25 through December 22, 2025. Owning or buying Assassin’s Creed Shadows now does not restore access.
What was in the crossover?
Ubisoft released the quest with Title Update 1.1.6. Its story brought a Titan-Shifter and a faction seeking power into feudal Japan. After a failed rescue, a survivor recruited Naoe and Yasuke to stop a Titan threat. Ubisoft’s event announcement described Ada guiding the pair into an underground chapel to rescue her friend from a cult.
Quest access and location
Players had to unlock Yasuke. The quest giver was in Yamashiro, north of Hanazo Tower. The quest did not appear on the objective board until players interacted with the quest giver.

Quest rewards
Completing the quest awarded a crystal katana for Naoe and hideout customization options, including banners and a statue. These were quest rewards, distinct from the items sold separately in the in-game store.
Are any Attack on Titan items still available?
Ubisoft’s FAQ lists the related store offers as available for purchase until November 24, 2027. The separate Attack on Titan Dual Pack included outfits, weapons, trinkets and a mount. The FAQ says players who completed the quest before it ended or bought the bundle items before the store deadline keep those rewards and items.
The store deadline applies to the offers, not to the quest: the quest ended in 2025 and cannot be started again, according to Ubisoft. Availability may depend on the offer remaining in the in-game store until the stated deadline.

If you already own Assassin’s Creed Shadows, check the in-game store for the remaining collaboration offers. If you are considering buying the game to play the crossover, note that a purchase does not grant access to the expired quest. Ubisoft lists PlayStation 5 among the game’s platforms, but platform ownership does not change the quest’s availability.
