Free Big Brother!, in the Serpent Starway, contains seven Bots, three Puzzle Pieces and a secret exit to the Lost Galaxy. Follow this route to find the collectibles in level order; the secret exit is listed separately so it is not confused with a Bot.
All Bots and Puzzle Pieces in Free Big Brother!
The locations below follow the level’s route. The guides from PowerPyx, Game8, Push Square and Gamerpillar agree on the broad landmarks, though guides divide the hidden trampoline area differently. Use the physical landmarks rather than relying on bot numbering alone.

- Bot 1 — opening ledge: At the start, look toward the nearby raised rock or pillar. Jump up and defeat the slime enemy harassing the Bot.
- Puzzle Piece 1 — cave: Enter the nearby cave to collect the first Puzzle Piece.
- Bot 2 — platforms above the cave: Leave the cave toward the back. Use the bird’s hanging rope to swing to the raised platforms, follow the route around and defeat the enemies surrounding the Bot.
- Puzzle Piece 2 and Bot 3 — hidden trampoline route: Follow the bird’s rope route to the blue breakable-floor area and break through. Find the hidden trampoline below; it launches Astro into a concealed area with another breakable floor and a second trampoline route. Follow that route to the trapped VIP Bot. Game8 identifies this character as Slumbering Girl.
- Free Big Brother: Continue through the stage and break the purple chain locks holding Big Brother. This opens the post-rescue section.
- Puzzle Piece 3 — hut: After Big Brother is free, climb onto the hut above him and collect the Puzzle Piece on its roof.
- Bot 4 — X-marked sand: Check behind the hut for an X marked in the sand. Spin or dig through the spot to uncover the Bot.
- Bot 5 — Big Brother’s neck: Climb along Big Brother’s arm and shoulder to reach the VIP Bot on his neck. Game8 names this character Wandering Tresspasser.
- Bot 6 — beside the coral: As you climb the large coral, check below the glass platform at its side for a Bot.
- Bot 7 — coral summit: Continue to the top of the coral and open the clam to find the final Bot.
How to find the secret exit to Ghouls & Bots
The Lost Galaxy exit is near the opening-water and ruins area. Lure the electric UFO-like enemy toward the two marked activation points and stand by each one so its lightning attack strikes them. The guides describe the points as floor panels or pillars; the key is to get both marked points struck. Once both are activated, the entrance opens.
- Enter the newly opened room and pull the disco ball.
- When the exit flag appears, use it to leave for Ghouls & Bots in the Lost Galaxy.
Can you return for a missed collectible?
Yes. PowerPyx notes that levels can be replayed after the story, so you can revisit Free Big Brother! to collect a Bot or Puzzle Piece you missed.
