To reach the Medical Facility in Atomfall, enter the Interchange through Wyndham Village, get past the entrance guard, reach the Central Processor room, and take a battery downstairs to power Data Store A. The route passes through blue smoke, so bring healing supplies or prepare with Strange Tonic. After powering Data Store A—or Data Store C—go to the ground floor, climb the stairs beside the large “Medical” sign, and follow the long-lit hallway.
Best route to Data Store A: enter through Wyndham Village
- Get past the guard at the Wyndham Village Interchange entrance. Either use the small path to the left of the door to sneak around the fence, or approach from the Church side and cross the wall above the Substation.
- Proceed through the Interchange to the Central Processor room. Follow the hallways and unlock the doors leading into the room.
- Take a battery downstairs toward Data Store A. The battery is needed to power the store.
This route is laid out in a Windows Central walkthrough published March 24, 2025. It is a secondary guide, not an official route confirmation, and the available guidance does not establish whether later updates or different platforms change the steps.

Prepare for the blue smoke
The downstairs route to Data Store A passes through blue smoke, which the walkthrough identifies as a disease hazard. It recommends bringing bandages and medical kits to treat disease buildup as needed, or getting Strange Tonic from Mother Jago in Casterfell Woods to prevent that buildup. The tonic recipe is at the Druids Camp in the southwest corner of Casterfell Woods.
Alternative: approach Data Store A from Data Store C
A lower approach is also described: enter through Data Store C, jump in, climb a ladder, and use a battery immediately. The walkthrough cautions that it cannot guarantee this approach and that you may need multiple batteries. Treat it as an uncertain, potentially resource-intensive alternative rather than a dependable shortcut.

Find the Medical Facility after powering a Data Store
- From Data Store A or Data Store C, go downstairs to the ground floor.
- Find the large “Medical” sign and take the stairs on its left.
- Turn toward the long-lit hallway and follow it to the Medical Facility entrance.
According to the walkthrough, unlocking and powering either Data Store A or Data Store C opens this route to the Medical Facility.

A separate walkthrough listing mentions a “Data Store A Room Key” found on a corpse at the lowest level. That key is described as opening a nearby door to a B.A.R.D. crate; it is not the method for opening or powering Data Store A itself.
