What is known about the existing Odin 2 Portal?

What details would confirm the new model?
A useful official announcement should make it possible to identify the device and assess both performance and practical availability. Look for:
- An official AYN post, including the original announcement and its date.
- Chipset, memory, and storage configurations, plus credible performance results if AYN makes performance claims.
- Display size, panel type, resolution, and refresh rate.
- Battery capacity and measured runtime, with testing conditions stated.
- Weight and dimensions, which affect portability and accessory fit.
- Software version and the scope of software support.
- Price, preorder or retail status, regions served, and estimated shipping dates.
Until those details are available, there is no sound basis for a full comparison with the base Odin 3, the Odin 2 Portal, or other large handhelds.

Should you buy accessories or plan a purchase?
Not on the assumption that a specific accessory fits. Without a confirmed product identity, dimensions, and compatibility information, cases and other model-specific accessories cannot be matched reliably. Odin 2 Portal accessories should not be assumed to work with a purported Odin 3 Portal.
Likewise, there is no confirmed price, availability, or shipping estimate on which to base a buying decision. Wait for an official product page or announcement with those details before treating the device as an announced, orderable product.
