You can find Mol’s contract in the House of Hope and return it to her in Act Three, but the available quest documentation does not confirm that this cancels her pact. Returning it is associated with an ally outcome, depending on your dialogue with Mol—not a verified release from the contract.
Where to find Mol and her contract
- Find Mol in Act Three. She is in the Guildhall. The Mol quest documentation describes her location and related outcomes.
- Retrieve her contract. It is in the House of Hope, provided Mol survived Act One. The House of Hope location page also lists the contract among the items found there.
- Return to Mol. Give her the contract and choose your dialogue carefully. The documented ally outcome depends on not telling her that Raphael was killed.
What returning the contract changes
The documented result is tied to Mol’s response and whether she becomes available as an ally. The available quest descriptions do not establish that handing the contract back voids the deal or frees her from it. Treat the ally outcome and ending Raphael’s pact as separate questions: the first is described; the second is not confirmed.
If you tell Mol that Raphael is dead, the quest documentation says she reacts angrily. If your goal is the documented ally outcome, do not give her that news during the conversation.
Do not confuse Mol’s contract with your character’s
Raphael’s Soul-Sworn Contract is the player character’s agreement, not Mol’s. The steps for destroying that contract in Escape the Deal do not show that Mol’s contract can be destroyed or that her pact can be canceled the same way.

Can you prevent or void Mol’s deal?
The available quest documentation does not describe a way to stop Mol from making the deal in advance, nor does it verify a method to void it after the fact. It identifies where to find her contract and describes the dialogue and ally outcome when it is returned. Because these details come from community quest documentation rather than an official Larian explanation, they do not rule out a version-specific route—but they are not evidence that such a route works.
