If Arabella is still part of your playthrough, look for her in the Lower City Sewers, across from the City Sewers waypoint at the map coordinates X: -133, Y: 773. From the waypoint, find an improvised bridge to the west; it leads to a natural cave where she stands.
Arabella’s location in the Lower City Sewers
Use the City Sewers waypoint as your landmark, then look across from it for X: -133, Y: 773. These are the coordinates given by the location reference; platform or patch differences have not been established. Lower City Sewers location reference.
Use the bridge and cave as visual landmarks
If the coordinates are difficult to follow, look west of the waypoint for an improvised bridge. Cross it to reach a natural cave; Arabella is there. Lower City Sewers location reference.
Why Arabella may not be there
Her appearance in Act 3 depends on what happened earlier in your save. The quest reference says she returns if you sent her to camp and eventually told her that her parents had died. If she was never told, she departs the game, so her presence in the sewers is not guaranteed in every playthrough. Find Arabella’s Parents quest reference.
