To find the reserve, search the room below and left of the dockside stairs for a hidden wall button; the cache holds two Smokepowder Satchels and a heavy chest.
Where to find the Smokepowder Reserve in Grymforge

From the docks, go to the room below and to the left of the nearby stairs.

Search the dead end until a Perception check reveals a button in the wall. Interact with it to open the concealed room.

Loot the two Smokepowder Satchels and the heavy chest inside.

How to find Philomeen in Grymforge

From the docks, head east and then north toward the duergar handling dead gnomes. The community quest guide places this area around X:-608, Y:407.

Look near the northern wall for a Perception check that can reveal a button around X:-584, Y:416. Use it to open a concealed passage.

Follow the passage, deal with the Ochre Jellies, climb the stairs, and jump across the rocks near X:-562, Y:427.

At the door to Philomeen’s hideout, pick the lock with a DC 10 Sleight of Hand check or use the gap in the western wall to get through.
These coordinates and route details come from community game-reference pages, not a first-hand gameplay test. Camera angle and party positioning can affect how useful the coordinates are as navigation cues. [Find Explosives quest guide]

The Find Explosives quest can begin through Brithvar or Lunkbug. Lunkbug and Laridda can explain that Philomeen fled with explosive powder, and successful dialogue may point you toward her likely hiding place. However, resolving the rubble before speaking with Philomeen can make her unavailable in Grymforge; resolving the Nere situation first can also lead to her leaving for Act Three. Quest state affects the encounter, so a marker or conversation may not appear in every save. The reserve is described separately from this encounter.
