Destijds waren er drie routes voor early access: vooraf aanmelden voor Battlefield Labs, een code vrijspelen via geselecteerde Twitch-streams of EA Play Pro hebben. De openbare bètaweekenden waren voor iedereen toegankelijk zonder code.
Hoe kreeg je destijds toegang tot de Battlefield 6-beta?
EA beschreef drie manieren om tijdens de early-accessperiode mee te doen. De precieze route hing af van wat je vooraf had gedaan of welke toegang je had:

De preload-informatie staat op de historische EA Help-pagina over het inwisselen van een Battlefield 6-code. Beide openbare weekends waren zonder code toegankelijk.
Was een pre-order nodig?
De geraadpleegde officiële bèta-informatie noemt Battlefield Labs, Twitch-codes en EA Play Pro als routes voor early access; ze stelt vooraf bestellen niet als vereiste. De openbare weekenden vereisten evenmin een code. Een pre-order kan geen toegang meer geven tot de inmiddels afgelopen bèta.

Op welke platforms kon je de bèta spelen?
De bèta was beschikbaar op PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S en pc via de EA app, Steam of Epic Games Store. Je moest het EA-account koppelen aan het account van het platform waarop je speelde. Meer informatie over codes en accountkoppeling staat op EA Help.

De beta was een tijdelijk evenement, niet een blijvend toegangstype. Battlefield 6 zou volgens EA’s persbericht van 2025 op 10 oktober 2025 verschijnen; die datum is historische release-informatie, geen toekomstige aankondiging. EA’s persbericht over de multiplayeronthulling vermeldde die destijds aangekondigde datum.
