GameStop’s reported $35 physical-disc deal has ended, and the PlayStation Store’s separate $34.99 PlayStation Plus offer expired July 15, 2026. EA’s current $34.99 listing is for the Windows version in the EA app; it does not confirm a matching console discount.
Was Battlefield 6 50% off on PS5 and Xbox?
Yes, in a historical Black Friday promotion. Windows Central reported that GameStop discounted physical PS5 and Xbox Series X|S editions to $35 from a $69.99 reference price, and said the sale had ended. GamesRadar also reported a $35 Amazon price during its 2025 Black Friday Xbox coverage. These reports establish past deals, not an offer available now. Windows Central’s December 1, 2025 update mentioned Amazon at $49.99, rather than $35. That was also a historical price, not confirmation of current stock or a current discount.
What prices are verified now?
EA’s purchase page displays Battlefield 6 for $34.99, 50% off its $69.99 reference price, on the EA app for Windows. The page links to console storefronts, but the displayed Windows discount does not establish that the PlayStation or Xbox digital editions have the same price. Check EA’s official purchase page, then verify the price shown by the relevant console store before buying.

The US PlayStation Store listing records a separate $34.99 offer, reduced from $69.99, for PlayStation Plus members. That offer ended July 15, 2026, so it is not a current deal. The PlayStation Store listing identifies the past member offer and its expiry date.

How to check for a current PS5 or Xbox offer
- Open the PlayStation Store on PS5 or the Xbox Store on Xbox Series X|S, or visit the official storefront online.
- Search for Battlefield 6 and open the correct edition. Compare the displayed price with the $69.99 launch Standard Edition reference; do not assume an EA app discount applies to consoles.
- Check whether the offer requires PlayStation Plus or another eligibility condition, and note its end date before checkout.
- For a physical copy, check the retailer’s current listing, edition, seller and stock. Historical GameStop and Amazon prices do not guarantee availability today.
- Compare the final checkout total, including applicable tax, and confirm whether the purchase is a physical disc or a digital license.
Which platforms and editions does Battlefield 6 support?
EA lists Battlefield 6 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC. Its launch announcement listed the Standard Edition at $69.99 and Phantom Edition at $99.99; those are launch reference prices, not a statement of current sale pricing. EA’s platform and edition announcement provides those details.

EA’s purchase terms say console players must accept EA’s terms and that EA and platform accounts may be required for online features; online functionality requires an internet connection.
