When did the Battlefield 6 beta run?
EA’s detailed schedule used UTC. Its public-facing weekend dates were shorthand for sessions that continued into the following UTC date: Weekend 1 closed August 11, and Weekend 2 closed August 18. EA’s July 31, 2025 schedule listed these times:

EA also said the beta preload could begin August 4, 2025, at 15:00 UTC. Its shorthand described the public weekends as August 9–10 and August 14–17; use the UTC opening and closing times above if the local date matters.
How did early access work?
Players who had signed up for Battlefield Labs before July 31, 2025, could use the EA Account registered for Labs without a code. Other players could obtain an early-access code through selected Twitch creator streams. Neither route was needed for the public weekends.

EA’s beta code and download help page described logging in to an EA Account, redeeming a code, and linking the platform account. Those instructions applied to the 2025 beta campaign.
Which platforms supported the beta?
The beta was available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC through Steam, the Epic Games Store, and the EA app. EA required Secure Boot on PC and advised linking the EA Account with the relevant platform account.

What were the Battlefield 6 beta Twitch Drops?
During the beta campaign, EA offered four rewards for watching Battlefield 6 streams on Twitch. Each threshold was cumulative campaign viewing time:

EA’s August 4, 2025 Twitch Drops announcement instructed viewers to link their EA and Twitch accounts, watch eligible Battlefield 6 streams, then claim completed Drops in Twitch’s Drops inventory within 24 hours. EA said claimed beta rewards would arrive in-game at launch.

Can you still join the beta or claim missed beta rewards?
No: the beta and its original Drops campaign ended in 2025. The official campaign announcements do not establish a current way to join the beta or recover missed beta Drops.
Do not confuse those rewards with EA’s separate launch Drops campaign, which ran October 10–17, 2025, with different rewards and objectives. EA’s launch Drops announcement concerns that later campaign, not beta access or the beta reward ladder. EA’s July 2025 corporate announcement likewise described the two-weekend open beta as an August 2025 event.
