EA published the notes on November 7, 2025, and announced a rollout for November 11 at 09:00 UTC; that rollout date is historical, not a notice of current availability.
EA’s official English changelog for Update 1.1.1.5 is the source for the fixes below: BATTLEFIELD 6 GAME UPDATE 1.1.1.5. The notes describe issues fixed, not measured changes to weapon balance or vehicle performance.
What changed in weapon accuracy and aiming?
The update fixes excessive bullet dispersion in two movement-related situations: transitioning from sprinting to firing while aiming down sights (ADS), and dispersion scaling that incorrectly treated the player as moving at the maximum speed for their stance.
EA also tuned the landing animation to reduce excessive camera and weapon movement while aiming. The notes say this resolves cases where ADS aim could be displaced while sliding. They do not provide a weapon-by-weapon comparison or quantify an accuracy improvement, so the changes should be understood as fixes to these listed behaviors rather than a general accuracy buff.

What did the vehicle countermeasure fix do?
EA fixed an issue in which lock-guided missiles were not countered as expected by enemy countermeasures, including flares. This corrects a missile-and-countermeasure interaction bug; the notes do not describe a new defense or a general increase in countermeasure strength for every vehicle.

What the patch notes do—and do not—establish
The changelog identifies bugs and behaviors addressed in version 1.1.1.5. It does not publish before-and-after accuracy measurements, countermeasure success rates, or player-outcome statistics. The official notes therefore support describing the fixes, but not assigning them a numerical impact or claiming that they changed overall weapon balance.
