February also recorded the year’s highest monthly peak, 32,437; December’s peak was 6,482. These figures describe people playing on Steam at the same time—not all Battlefield V players across platforms or unique players over a month.

SteamCharts reports monthly average concurrency and monthly peak concurrency for Battlefield V on Steam. The average indicates the typical number playing concurrently across the month; the peak is the highest concurrent count reached during that month.

What the 2025 trend shows
Steam activity in this series was highest early in the year. February had both the highest monthly average and the highest monthly peak. The average rose from July to August, then fell each month from August through December. December was the low point for both measures.

A monthly peak is a momentary high, while a monthly average smooths activity across the month. Neither figure means that the same number of people played every day, and neither provides a measure of the number of unique players over the full month.
What these numbers do—and do not—count
The table is specific to Steam. It does not establish a combined player total for Steam, EA App, PlayStation, and Xbox, or give a verified regional breakdown. The available figures also do not establish Battlefield V’s total unique monthly players. Use “on Steam” when citing these numbers rather than presenting them as the game’s full cross-platform population.

A live “current players” counter is a separate snapshot, not a substitute for the 2025 monthly series. When SteamCharts was accessed on October 4, 2026, it showed 2,483 playing at 2026-10-04T20:02:55Z, a 24-hour peak of 8,275, and a listed all-time peak of 114,017. Those numbers describe the page at that time and are not 2025 results. See the SteamCharts page for its live counter.

SteamCharts lists Battlefield V’s all-time Steam peak as 114,017. SteamDB lists 116,104 concurrent players on November 27, 2023. These are different tracker-reported figures; the available sources do not explain the discrepancy. Keep the tracker and date beside any historical figure rather than treating the two numbers as interchangeable.
