The archived FLiNG file titled Beholder Trainer (+5 Options) lists five hotkey functions for the Steam 1.0 release of Beholder: infinite money, infinite reputation, instant action, infinite merchant items, and stealth. The listing was uploaded on January 26, 2017, and includes a separate Home key to disable every trainer option. Those details describe what the archive advertises, not a guarantee that it works with a current installation.
What the Beholder trainer listing is
VGTimes identifies this download as a PC trainer attributed to FLiNG. The archive is labeled for “Steam Version: 1.0,” lists English as its language, and carries an upload date of January 26, 2017. In the context of Beholder—a side-scrolling adventure-strategy game built around spying on residents—the trainer is presented as a memory-resident utility that changes selected game values or actions while the game is running.

The title “+5 Options” refers to five numbered cheats. Home is a control for turning those cheats off, not a sixth gameplay option. The listing does not establish a supported modern game build, a current Windows version, or compatibility with other storefront editions. Treat the file as a historical listing for a specific release target rather than as a current universal solution.

The five advertised hotkeys
| Hotkey | Advertised function | What the name implies |
|---|---|---|
| Numpad 1 | Infinite Money | Money is intended not to decrease while the option is active. |
| Numpad 2 | Infinite Reputation | Reputation is intended not to decrease or to remain available for use. |
| Numpad 3 | Instant Action | Actions that normally require a waiting period are intended to complete immediately. |
| Numpad 4 | Infinite Merchant Items | Merchant inventory is intended to remain available instead of being consumed normally. |
| Numpad 5 | Stealth | The trainer is intended to provide the listed stealth effect while enabled. |
| Home | Disable All | Turns off the trainer options together. |
These are the names and key assignments printed by the VGTimes entry. They are not independent measurements of how each function behaves in every scene, save file, or game update. For example, “Instant Action” does not document which actions are affected, and “Stealth” does not specify whether it prevents every detection event or only changes a particular value. The listing supplies the option labels, not a detailed mechanic-by-mechanic specification.

Version, date, and language boundaries
Steam 1.0 is the stated target
The archive’s explicit target is Steam version 1.0. That label is important because trainers usually depend on the game’s memory layout: an update can move or rename the data a utility expects to find. A file made for version 1.0 may therefore fail silently, enable only some options, crash the game, or produce unpredictable changes when paired with another build. The listing does not say that it supports later patches, a definitive edition, a beta branch, or a non-Steam release.
The upload date is historical context
January 26, 2017 is the VGTimes upload date, not a promise of continuing maintenance. Nothing in the listing establishes a newer FLiNG build, an update schedule, or a current compatibility test. If your installed executable has a different version number, the responsible conclusion is that compatibility is unverified until you confirm the exact build and obtain independent evidence for that build.
Language information
English is the language shown on the archive page. That describes the trainer listing and its interface information; it does not prove that every text string in the game, every regional Steam package, or every operating-system locale will behave identically.
How to assess compatibility before attempting to run it
Because the available listing does not verify present-day compatibility, use a build-first check rather than assuming that the hotkeys will work.

- Identify your game executable and storefront. Confirm that you are running the Steam edition and record the game’s displayed version. A different storefront or a changed executable is outside the archive’s stated target.
- Compare the version with the archive label. The relevant match is Steam 1.0, not merely the game name. If your installation reports another version, regard every function as unconfirmed.
- Read the archive’s own release notes. Look for a file date, supported build, 32-bit or 64-bit requirement, and any notes about required launch order. The VGTimes summary supplies the five options but does not provide those additional technical details.
- Protect your save files. Make a separate backup before changing game behavior. A trainer can alter values that are written into a save, and the listing does not document reversibility for any individual option.
- Use a controlled test save. Test one option at a time in a low-risk location. Record the original resource or state so you can tell whether a change came from the trainer or from normal gameplay.
- Keep the disable command available. Home is the listing’s “Disable All” key. If an option produces an unwanted result, turn the set off before continuing, then close the trainer and game if behavior remains abnormal.
This process cannot turn an unverified file into a supported one. It simply limits the consequences of trying a utility whose stated target may not match your installation.
What the separate WeMod entry does—and does not—show
A separate WeMod community listing for Beholder mentions only unlimited money and unlimited reputation points. It should not be merged with the older FLiNG list. The two entries are different evidence: one records five named hotkeys plus Home, while the other describes two resource cheats. The WeMod page does not establish that it distributes the same archive, uses the same code, or adds current support to the FLiNG file.
| Listing | Functions explicitly described | Version or date information | What is not established |
|---|---|---|---|
| VGTimes entry attributed to FLiNG | Infinite Money; Infinite Reputation; Instant Action; Infinite Merchant Items; Stealth; Home disables all | Steam version 1.0; uploaded January 26, 2017; English | Current-build support, maintenance status, operating-system compatibility, and a security result are not stated by the listing. |
| WeMod community entry | Unlimited money and unlimited reputation points | Not stated in the available entry details | Whether it is the same file, supports the Steam 1.0 executable, or includes the other three FLiNG options is not stated. |
When comparing tools, match the exact executable and function list. A page that mentions two resource cheats is not proof that a five-option archive has been updated, expanded, or validated.
Security warnings and sensible precautions
MegaGames describes trainers generally as “memory resident programs that alter the behavior of a game.” Its file description also warns that antivirus software and web browsers may detect trainers as malware categories such as viruses, worms, trojans, or bots. The same description says those alerts are almost always false alarms, but that is a general distributor statement, not an independent safety assessment of this particular Beholder archive.

No specific scan result, cryptographic hash, sandbox report, or current security review is established for the FLiNG file here. An alert should therefore not be dismissed automatically. Before opening any archive or executable:
- Obtain it from a source you trust and verify that the download has not been replaced or repackaged.
- Keep your operating system and security software current.
- Scan the archive and extracted files with your security tools before execution.
- Check the file name, publisher information, and requested permissions for anything inconsistent with a small game utility.
- Avoid running an unknown trainer with administrator rights unless a documented, verified requirement explains why it needs them.
- Do not disable security protection merely to make an alert disappear; investigate the alert and use an alternative source if you cannot establish trust.
These precautions reduce exposure but do not certify the file as safe. The available descriptions support caution, not a finding that this particular archive is malicious or clean.
Common failure modes and what they mean
None of the hotkeys responds
Check the keyboard layout and make sure the numeric keypad is producing Numpad key events rather than navigation commands. If the keys are correct, the most likely explanations are a mismatched executable, a changed game build, a launch-order requirement that the listing does not document, or a blocked process. Since the archive targets Steam 1.0, a newer installation remains an unresolved compatibility case.
Only some options work
Partial operation is not confirmation that the file is safe or fully compatible. Individual options may rely on different memory locations. Stop testing on an important save, disable all with Home, and compare your executable version with the stated target before drawing conclusions.

The game crashes or behaves abnormally
Close the trainer and game, restore the backed-up save, and verify the game files through Steam before trying again. Do not continue toggling options in a damaged session. The archive description does not specify recovery behavior, so a clean restart and an unmodified save are safer than attempting to repair altered data in place.
A security product blocks the file
Leave the protection active while you investigate. Review the detection details, rescan the original download, and look for a reputable, independently documented release. The general MegaGames warning explains why trainers can trigger alerts, but it does not override the need to validate this executable.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. When the listed options may be useful
The five functions target different kinds of friction. Infinite Money and Infinite Merchant Items address resource management; Infinite Reputation changes access to a reputation-dependent progression; Instant Action removes waiting; and Stealth changes the risk profile of surveillance and movement. Using several at once can change the balance more substantially than enabling one resource option, so a controlled save is especially valuable if you want to preserve the game’s normal pacing.

Because the listing does not explain exact trigger conditions, do not assume that an option affects every activity with a similar name. Merchant inventory, for instance, may refer to a particular inventory counter rather than every item in the game. Likewise, a stealth toggle may not cover scripted detection or story events. Treat each label as a broad description until you observe its behavior on a disposable save.

A practical comparison checklist
If you are deciding between the archived FLiNG entry and another trainer, compare evidence rather than the number of advertised cheats:
- Build match: Does the file name the same game version and storefront as your installation?
- Function coverage: Are the exact options you need documented, or are they inferred from a generic description?
- Maintenance: Is there a dated update history that follows the game’s patches?
- Source trust: Can you identify who hosts the file and whether the download is the original release?
- Integrity and security: Is there a verifiable hash, publisher signature, or current independent scan?
- Recovery: Does the documentation explain how to disable features and restore a save if something goes wrong?
For the FLiNG listing, the build target, upload date, language, and five-option list are stated. Maintenance, current compatibility, integrity data, and a specific safety result are not stated.
Bottom line for the Beholder Trainer (+5 Options)
The listing is best understood as a January 2017 trainer for Steam version 1.0, attributed to FLiNG, with five advertised functions and Home to disable them. It is not evidence of support for every current Beholder installation. The separate WeMod entry documents only unlimited money and unlimited reputation and should not be treated as the same file. If you consider using the archive, verify your exact build, back up saves, scan the files, test one option at a time, and keep your security protections enabled unless you have independently established that the download is trustworthy.
