Where to find Sister Mesa
Sister Mesa, the basic Bene Gesserit trainer, is at Helius Gate in the Eastern Shield Wall. The settlement is an Atreides-held military base on a cliff, but Mesa is not an Atreides employee.

Speak with Mesa and take her basic quest, “The Missing Pieces.” Its listed objectives are to find two text items and deliver them to her:

Where to find Jocasta Cleo
Jocasta Cleo is in Harko Village and handles advanced Bene Gesserit training. Local descriptions put her around the village’s alley and merchant area: the community wiki mentions a back alley near the vendor selling Atreides goods, while PC Gamer places her near the weapons merchant, past The Baron’s Eye. These are approximate landmarks, not a verified coordinate or single exact route.

After Mesa’s handoff, look around that merchant-and-alley area and check your in-game quest guidance. Avoid treating either description as a precise waypoint.
What advanced training does
The community wiki describes Jocasta’s story as introducing new abilities and advanced skills, including progression that lets you level the skill tree. DuneAwakening.GG also describes a multi-step questline, but the available information does not establish its exact current quest names, objectives, prerequisites, or rewards. The community wiki describes Bene Gesserit as a starting discipline or one that can be learned later, focused on physical mastery and manipulation. It names three skill trees: Weirding Way, The Voice, and Body Control. The Dune Awakening Network catalogue includes ability names such as Compel, Bindu Sprint, and Bindu Dodge. That catalogue is useful for checking names, but it does not show that a particular Mesa or Jocasta quest unlocks any one ability: Dune Awakening Network training modules.

Version and quest-detail caveat
The Mesa community page says she was added in version 1.1.0.0. The available sources do not establish whether her location, quest requirements, route details, or rewards have changed in the current build. Use the named locations and “The Missing Pieces” as the best-supported guide facts, and follow in-game prompts if an update has changed the steps.
