Version 3.7, titled “As Tomorrow Became Yesterday,” was announced for release on November 5, 2025. Its banners are historical, not currently available by default; check the in-game Warp screen for the banners and rules active now.

Why Beebom ranked these characters this way
1. Castorice
Beebom’s top pick combines strong damage in a suitable team with unusual account-wide revive utility. That combination may make her especially appealing to players who can build around her, but the ranking does not establish her as the right choice for every roster.

Beebom describes Phainon as a broadly useful damage dealer. He is the more general damage-focused choice in this ranking, though adding another damage dealer may be less valuable than filling a missing support or sustain role on your account.

3. Hyacine
Hyacine rises in value if your roster needs sustain, or if you are building the Castorice or Evernight teams highlighted by Beebom. Her appeal is therefore tied more closely to team needs than to a universal ranking position.
4. Tribbie
Beebom places Tribbie fourth and points to her flexibility across many teams. If you want a character who can fit into more than one lineup, that breadth is a reason to consider her; weigh it against the specific role your roster needs most.

5. Cyrene
Cyrene is a more specialized choice in Beebom’s assessment, with narrower synergy around Chrysos Heir teams and greater investment concerns. She makes more sense when that synergy is relevant to your plans than as a default pick for every account.

6. Mydei
Beebom places Mydei lower when better alternatives are available. That is a relative-priority judgment, not a claim that he cannot be useful; compare him with the other characters you could choose and the teams you can actually build.
7. Cipher
Cipher ranks last overall, but Beebom identifies an established follow-up attack team—such as one built around Feixiao—as a reason to consider her. A lower place on this list does not rule her out if she fits a team you already use.
How to choose for your account
Use the ranking as a starting point, then decide based on the gap a character would fill. Beebom also cautions readers not to let its order override personal preference.

- Check your role gaps. Decide whether you need a damage dealer, support, or sustain more than another character of a role you already cover.
- Look at team fit. Consider whether you can use the synergies described for Hyacine, Cyrene or Cipher, rather than choosing a specialist without the relevant team.
- Account for survival needs. If your teams struggle to stay alive, a sustain-oriented choice may matter more to your roster than another damage dealer. Beebom’s discussion of Hyacine and its historical reference to Dan Heng • Permansor Terrae both make sustain a relevant consideration.
- Match the investment to your budget. Consider how much you are willing to spend in-game and whether a character’s team requirements suit your account. Do not assume the ranking predicts how many pulls you will need.
- Give preference a place. If you like a character, that can be a valid reason to choose differently from the list.
