Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFor a prerecorded YouTube loop, start with a managed cloud streaming service. StreamNeo is the first service to consider: it keeps uploaded videos looping from the cloud, supports any uploaded quality up to 4K 60fps at one flat price per slot, and gives new accounts one free day. Gyre, YtLive Stream, and StreamSetu are other advertised managed options. If you need a custom production or encoding pipeline, Google Cloud Live Stream API and AWS Media Services are more configurable infrastructure—but they are not turnkey playlist hosts.
There is no evidence-based universal winner: the right fit depends on whether your source is prerecorded or live, required quality, number of simultaneous streams, budget, and how much technical operation you want to handle. Vendor prices and reliability claims below are advertised information, not independent tests.
Which type of cloud service fits your channel?
| Approach | Best suited to | What to evaluate |
|---|---|---|
| Managed prerecorded-stream service | Looping uploaded videos or playlists without operating an encoder yourself. Options include StreamNeo, Gyre, YtLive Stream, and StreamSetu. | Maximum resolution and frame rate, storage, stream or channel limits, reconnect behavior, scheduling, current price and taxes, cancellation and export terms, support, and availability for your country and channel. |
| Google Cloud Live Stream API | A custom cloud encoding workflow designed and operated by the channel owner. | Active channel hours, input and output resolutions, output count, distribution endpoints, regional availability, data transfer, monitoring, restart design, and total bill. |
| AWS Media Services workflow | A custom AWS pipeline with encoding, packaging, and distribution components. | Regional service availability, encoder and packager configuration, CDN delivery volume, resilience design, and full monthly cost. |
YouTube describes cloud encoders as useful when simpler setup, less load on a creator’s computer, or distribution to more than two channels matters; local encoders place processing load on the local CPU. That guidance addresses simulstreaming generally, not endorsement of any particular 24/7 service. YouTube’s encoder guidance also lists Gyre as a cloud-based tool for 24/7 prerecorded streams.
Managed services for prerecorded video
1. StreamNeo
StreamNeo is a cloud service for keeping a YouTube channel live from videos you upload. Add your YouTube stream key once, upload a recording or build a playlist, and start the stream; StreamNeo loops it in the cloud, so your computer and home connection do not need to stay on. It is for uploaded video, not a live camera feed, and it streams to YouTube only.

Custom cloud infrastructure: Google Cloud or AWS
Choose infrastructure services when you need to build and operate a tailored pipeline, rather than simply send an uploaded playlist to YouTube. You will need to design the ingest, encoding, outputs, distribution, monitoring, and recovery behavior. Their charges are not directly comparable with a flat managed-service subscription.

Google Cloud Live Stream API
Google Cloud’s Live Stream API pricing page says billing depends on how long each channel is active and on input and output resolution. A channel can remain billable without an input. The page specifies a ten-minute minimum, rounds additional active duration up to a minute, and states there is no free-use tier. Its listed distribution-endpoint rate is $0.75 per hour; other channel, input, and output charges may apply. Mumbai (asia-south1) appears among regional pricing entries in the page content accessed in 2026. Recheck prices and availability for your workload before purchase.
AWS Media Services
AWS’s live-streaming guide describes a workflow using Elemental MediaLive, MediaPackage, and MediaConnect in supported regions, with CloudFront in its cost example. The guide estimates a one-hour 540p event for approximately 1,000 viewers at $69.74, including $2.50 for encoding and packaging and $67.24 for distribution under its assumptions. It estimates a one-hour 1080p event for approximately 10,000 viewers at $1,505.60. These are US East (N. Virginia) guide estimates accessed in 2026, not India quotes or expected bills for a small YouTube channel; AWS says actual costs may be lower.

Do not choose a cloud region on the assumption that an Indian audience requires an India-based region. The evidence here does not establish such a requirement. Compare availability, ingest route, latency needs, legal or contractual obligations, and total cost for your specific workflow.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Check YouTube eligibility and content rights first
- Your channel must be verified, live streaming must be enabled, and the channel must have no live-streaming restrictions in the preceding 90 days. First-time activation can take up to 24 hours. See YouTube’s live-streaming eligibility guidance.
- YouTube’s encoder setup guide explains that an encoder converts video into a digital format for streaming. You need the Live server URL and stream key from Live Control Room. Keep the key private; do not show it in public screenshots or code.
- All live content must follow YouTube’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service, and YouTube can remove a stream or restrict live privileges. A cloud host does not transfer responsibility for copyright or other rights. Stream only material you are entitled to use. Review YouTube’s live-streaming policies.
Plan stream length and recovery behavior
YouTube says streams under 12 hours are automatically archived. For an intended continuous 24/7 broadcast, check how the channel and service handle stream endings, restarts, and new live events; do not assume one uninterrupted event will archive as intended across a full day. Confirm the service’s reconnect and restart behavior, and decide how you will monitor a dropped stream. Automatic recovery can reduce manual intervention, but it is not a guarantee that a broadcast will never stop.
India-specific network and cost considerations
NIC’s Government of India webcast guidance lists a dedicated 2–4 Mbps per stream for its specified hired-agency webcast setup, along with a static public IP and outbound RTMP port 1935. It also says requests should reach NIC at least two working days before an event. These are requirements for that government webcast service, not universal YouTube minimums or requirements for every cloud streaming service. See NIC webcast service guidance.
For an India-based channel, compare the full recurring cost, including storage, taxes, stream limits, payment method, and any usage-based cloud charges. Google Cloud’s active-time and resolution charges and AWS’s distribution-heavy examples show why compute or encoding rates alone do not establish the cheapest option. Managed vendors’ displayed prices and service claims should also be verified directly before subscribing.

- Identify the source. For uploaded videos and playlists, shortlist managed prerecorded-stream services. For a custom production pipeline, assess cloud infrastructure and the engineering work it requires.
- Confirm YouTube readiness. Check verification, enablement time, and any restrictions before paying for a service.
- Match the service to the stream. Compare quality, storage, simultaneous slots or channels, playlist behavior, recovery, and scheduling against your actual needs.
- Price the complete term. Include recurring charges, taxes, storage, active time, output or distribution costs, and any regional or payment constraints.
- Validate operations before relying on it. Confirm stream-key handling, restart and archive behavior, support arrangements, cancellation, and what happens if YouTube or the service interrupts the broadcast.
