Endministrator’s best build depends on whether you want them to deal damage by consuming Vulnerability stacks with Crush or contribute damage while another operator triggers that effect. For a damage-focused setup, both Icy Veins and Prydwen recommend Grizzled Edge gear; weapon choice is less universal: Prydwen ranks Grand Vision highest for its Crush-based personal-damage comparison, while Eminent Repute can contribute more to team output when Endministrator consumes Vulnerability. The recommendations below reflect third-party guides updated in July–September 2026, not independent testing.
Choose Endministrator’s role before choosing a build
Icy Veins describes Endministrator as a six-star Physical Sword Guard. Their Combo Skills apply Vulnerable, provide crowd control, and deal damage; their short burst window can line up with an enemy’s Stagger bar. Prydwen likewise frames Endministrator as a Physical sword damage dealer who can also serve as support damage.
The key distinction is who consumes the team’s Vulnerability stacks. If Endministrator applies Crush and consumes those stacks, build around that damage window. If a teammate triggers Crush instead, Endministrator can contribute damage without being the stack consumer, and weapons whose effects depend on Endministrator consuming Vulnerability may lose value. Their Combo Skill attaches Originium Crystals, which can be consumed when Physical Status or Vulnerability is applied to the sealed enemy.
- Damage dealer: Plan a rotation in which Endministrator consumes Vulnerability, and use gear that rewards Crush or Breach.
- Support damage: Let a teammate own the Vulnerability-consumption window; evaluate Endministrator’s weapon by whether its effect still triggers and how much team benefit it adds.
Best weapons depend on the rotation
There is no unconditional weapon order across every team. Prydwen’s comparison assumes a Crush-oriented Endministrator rotation, and it notes that Grand Vision loses value when Endministrator is not the operator applying Crush. Icy Veins’ recommendations also consider weapon effects that trigger after applying Originium Crystals, Solidification, or Vulnerability.

#1 Best Overall
| Weapon | Why consider it | Important condition or trade-off |
|---|---|---|
| Grand Vision | Prydwen ranks it first in its Crush-oriented personal-damage comparison. Icy Veins calls it a very good option; it lists Agility and ATK among its stats and describes an Arts Intensity effect followed by a Physical damage boost to the next Battle Skill or Ultimate. | The Physical damage boost follows the wielder applying Originium Crystals or Solidification. Endministrator can attach Originium Crystals with Combo Skill. Prydwen’s ranking assumes Endministrator applies Crush; its value falls when another operator does so. |
| Eminent Repute | Prydwen calls it a close alternative that may be more valuable for team output because it buffs the team. | Its effect works when Endministrator consumes Vulnerability stacks. It is less valuable if another operator activates Crush. |
| Glorious Memory | Icy Veins lists it as an option with Critical Rate and a damage effect after applying Vulnerability. | Icy Veins describes a sequence of applying Vulnerability and Originium Crystals before using Ultimate to take advantage of it. |
| Sundering Steel | Icy Veins recommends it as a strong raw Attack option; Prydwen also lists it as a solid five-star choice below its top picks. | Its Attack effect gains value after dealing Physical Status. |
| Prominent Edge | Icy Veins recommends it as a four-star leveling option. | Replace it when a stronger five-star option becomes available, according to Icy Veins. |
For personal damage, Grand Vision is the clearest choice in Prydwen’s stated Crush setup. For team contribution, compare Eminent Repute’s team buff against the weapons’ trigger requirements in your actual rotation rather than assuming the personal-damage ranking answers that question.
Best gear for a damage-focused Endministrator
Icy Veins and Prydwen both recommend Grizzled Edge for damaging Endministrator builds. Icy Veins’ Version 1.3 assessment recommends three Grizzled Edge pieces alongside Swordmancer Heavy Armor:
Rank #2
- Swordmancer Heavy Armor
- Grizzled Edge Gauntlets
- Two Grizzled Edge Push Knife kits
Icy Veins describes Grizzled Edge’s three-piece effect as providing an ATK bonus and Physical damage after Crush or Breach, with the Physical damage scaling according to Vulnerability stacks consumed. The effect gains value when the target has Physical Susceptibility, is Staggered, or has Originium Crystals attached. Prydwen also highlights scaling from Vulnerability consumed during Crush and the added value when Combo Skill has attached Originium Crystals. This set is therefore most aligned with a rotation where Endministrator consumes Vulnerability rather than acting only as support damage.
Alternative Swordmancer setup
For a setup emphasizing Stagger Efficiency and a triggered Physical damage hit after applying a Physical Status, Icy Veins lists:
Rank #3
- Swordmancer Heavy Armor
- TAC Gauntlets
- Flint kit
- Rift Trekker Armor Slab as an off-piece
Early progression gear
Icy Veins suggests AIC Heavy for new players and Armored MSGR after factory progression. These are transitional recommendations, not endgame targets.
Team options: Shatter or Physical Vulnerability cycling
The team choice should follow the effect you want to build around. Icy Veins’ team guide, updated July 21, 2026, identifies synergies for two distinct plans; neither source establishes one universal best four-person team for every roster and rotation.
Rank #4
Shatter and Solidification
Alesh supports a Shatter/Solidification approach. Icy Veins notes that Alesh can apply Solidification, support SP, and has a Combo Skill trigger connected to Originium Crystals. The guide calls Alesh a best-in-slot pairing for this specific Endministrator plan, not for every team composition.
Physical Susceptibility and Vulnerability cycling
Lifeng applies Physical Susceptibility and can rebuild Vulnerability stacks after another operator consumes them. Chen Qianyu applies Vulnerability; Icy Veins says her Battle Skill can add a stack without SP. These effects support a Physical team that cycles Vulnerability between operators rather than treating Endministrator’s personal damage ranking as the only goal.

Decide who should consume Vulnerability
- If Endministrator is the consumer, prioritize weapon and gear effects that reward their Crush window and Vulnerability consumption.
- If another operator is the consumer, assess Endministrator as support damage and avoid assuming Eminent Repute’s effect will activate for them.
- If you are choosing between Shatter/Solidification and Physical Vulnerability cycling, use the operators and trigger sequence your roster can support; the guides describe synergies, not a universal four-character answer.
Skill priority and rotation guidance
Icy Veins recommends this priority: Sealing Sequence = Bombardment Sequence = Destructive Sequence > Constructive Sequence. The guide calls the Battle Skill the weakest. If Endministrator is the controlled operator, it says to prioritize Basic Attack; otherwise prioritize skills that build and consume Originium Crystals. Treat this as that guide’s recommendation, not a universally tested rotation. Aligning the burst window with an enemy’s Stagger bar is another way to make use of the timing described by Icy Veins.
How to interpret the rankings
Icy Veins’ build guide was updated September 29, 2026; Prydwen’s build guide was updated July 15, 2026. Their recommendations can change with patches and depend on role, team composition, and rotation. Use the listed effects and trigger conditions to decide whether a ranking fits your own plan, rather than treating either guide’s order as a universal result.
