Outbyte Driver Updater FREEFix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Outbyte PC Repair FREEClear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →For a self-managed VPS, Inservers is the most directly relevant candidate in the published plans reviewed here: it advertises a New Delhi server with 2 vCores, 4 GB RAM and 1 Gbps unmetered bandwidth for ₹880/month. Treat that as a vendor claim, not a tested recommendation, and confirm its transfer and fair-use terms before paying. A nonstop 1080p30 stream at YouTube’s recommended 5 Mbps uses about 1.62 TB of video payload in 30 days, so a low VPS price with a small transfer allowance can be false economy. If you do not want to administer a server, StreamNeo is the first managed option to consider: it keeps an uploaded-video stream running from the cloud, at any uploaded quality up to 4K 60fps for one flat price per slot, with the first day free.
Which option fits a 24/7 prerecorded YouTube stream?
The answer depends less on headline CPU and RAM than on outbound data, operating effort and recovery. The options below are not like-for-like: StreamNeo and StreamSetu are managed services, while the VPS plans require you to configure and maintain your own streaming process. StreamNeo is listed first because it is the managed alternative built for keeping an uploaded-video YouTube stream running continuously.
| Option | Published details | What to verify or consider |
|---|---|---|
| 1. StreamNeo (managed, not a VPS) | Cloud service for looping uploaded videos and playlists to YouTube; your computer can stay off. One flat price per slot for any uploaded quality up to 4K 60fps, with no re-encode or quality tiers. Each slot includes one always-on stream, 10 GB storage per slot pooled across active slots, looping and playlists, automatic recovery if YouTube drops the stream, and team support. The first day is free with no card; one free day per account. UPI and cards are available in India, and card checkout is available worldwide. Plans differ by duration, not features. | Choose this if avoiding server administration matters more than owning a VPS. The service streams uploaded videos to YouTube; it does not stream a live camera feed. |
| 2. Inservers streaming VPS | Provider advertises New Delhi deployment, 2 vCores, 4 GB RAM, 1 Gbps unmetered bandwidth and an entry price of ₹880/month. It describes RTMP relay use. | Most directly positioned for streaming among the VPS plans reviewed, but the bandwidth, reliability and performance claims have not been independently tested. Confirm fair use, actual egress conditions, tax, renewal price and whether your workload is relay-only or needs encoding/transcoding. |
| 3. VPSWala VPS 4 | Published plan: 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, 40 GB NVMe and 200 GB transfer for ₹596/month, excluding GST. VPSWala lists Mumbai, Noida and Jaipur nodes and full root access. Its catalogue and pricing were reviewed 21 August 2026. | The 200 GB allowance is far below the roughly 1.62 TB of monthly video payload calculated for a continuous 5 Mbps stream. Ask for the cost and terms of a plan with enough egress before treating this as a 24/7-streaming bargain. |
| 4. HeavenCloud budget Mumbai VPS | Provider advertises a Mumbai budget offer from ₹340/month, including a listed 2 GB configuration. | The published information reviewed here does not establish sufficient outbound transfer for nonstop delivery or validate encoder performance. Do not infer suitability from the entry price or RAM alone. |
| 5. AWS Lightsail Mumbai | A secondary comparison lists an approximate GST-inclusive Mumbai Nano price and included transfer. AWS’s pricing page notes that Mumbai bundle transfer allowances are half the amounts shown for some other regions. | The exact current bundle, transfer allowance and charge above allowance are not stated here. Check the Mumbai selection at checkout, along with applicable tax, currency conversion and excess-transfer costs. |
| 6. StreamSetu (managed) | Its official page lists $5/month per channel, with storage charged separately, and says a cloud stream can run while your PC is off. Each output destination counts as a channel. | Confirm the selected resolution’s actual rate, storage, India billing and tax treatment, and renewal terms before comparing totals. This is a managed service, not a VPS. |
| Other cloud VPS providers | A comparison updated 16 September 2026 lists DigitalOcean, Vultr and Akamai/Linode India locations and approximate monthly prices. | Exact current plan prices and transfer allowances are not stated here. Validate the region, included egress and overage at provider checkout; the comparison is not a current quote or proof that a small plan can carry a nonstop stream. |
StreamNeo plan pricing: Daily $0.99 per day · Weekly $2.99 per week · Monthly $9.99 per month · 6 months $49.99 for 6 months · Yearly $89.99 a year.
How much data does nonstop streaming use?
Estimate egress before comparing VPS prices
YouTube’s encoder guidance recommends 5 Mbps for H.264 at 1080p30. At a steady rate for 30 days, that is approximately 1.62 TB of video payload: 5,000,000 bits per second × 2,592,000 seconds ÷ 8. This is a calculation from YouTube’s recommended bitrate, not a provider quote. It is a decimal-terabyte estimate and excludes protocol overhead and retransmissions, so allow headroom rather than buying a plan that matches the calculation exactly.

- Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
- Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
The same calculation makes the VPSWala VPS 4 allowance a poor fit for uninterrupted delivery at that setting: its published 200 GB is about one-eighth of the estimated payload. Do not assume that a provider will permit or include the extra traffic; request its overage price and throttling or suspension rules in writing. A higher-resolution stream or higher bitrate increases the required egress proportionally.
Why “unmetered” needs a follow-up question
Inservers advertises 1 Gbps unmetered bandwidth, but the word alone does not establish the conditions for a continuous outbound stream. Ask whether sustained video egress is covered, whether a fair-use limit or traffic shaping applies, and what happens if the provider considers your use outside its policy. Also confirm tax and renewal pricing. The ₹880/month figure is the provider’s advertised entry price, not an independently tested total cost for a 24/7 channel.

How to choose and run a self-managed streaming VPS
Check the plan before buying
- Start with the output setting. Decide your target resolution, frame rate and bitrate. For a 1080p30 H.264 baseline, use YouTube’s recommended 5 Mbps as the starting point for the transfer estimate; do not assume the same allowance works for a higher-bitrate stream.
- Confirm the server location and route. Check the actual data-centre city and ask whether the advertised location applies to the plan you are ordering. A listed India node does not by itself establish a good route from your location or to YouTube.
- Get egress terms, not just a headline. Ask how much outbound transfer is included, what overage costs, and whether sustained streaming triggers a fair-use limit, shaping or suspension. Save the provider’s answer and the terms attached to your selected plan.
- Match resources to the workload. Playback or relay and video transcoding are different workloads. The published Inservers plan lists 2 vCores and 4 GB RAM, but the provider’s information does not establish that this will handle every encoding setup. Ask whether the intended use is relay-only or includes transcoding, then size CPU and memory accordingly.
- Include the whole bill. Check tax, billing currency, exchange-rate treatment, renewal price, storage, transfer overage and any separately priced recovery or backup services. VPSWala states that its listed prices exclude GST; a low sticker price is not automatically the lowest operating cost.
- Decide who will maintain it. With a VPS, you are responsible for configuring the encoder or relay, keeping the media available, restarting a failed process and securing the machine and stream key. Choose a managed service instead if you do not want that operational work.
Connect the encoder to YouTube
YouTube’s platform workflow is to create or schedule a live stream in Live Control Room, then copy the YouTube server URL and stream key into your encoder and start sending video. In Live Control Room, scheduled streams are managed from the Manage tab. YouTube’s instructions explain the platform connection; they do not endorse a VPS provider or guarantee that a particular prerecorded-loop setup will work.
- Create or schedule the stream in YouTube Live Control Room. Set the title and visibility, then use the Manage tab if you want to schedule it.
- Copy the server URL and stream key from the stream settings. Enter both in the encoder running on your VPS. Treat the stream key like a password: keep it out of public logs, screenshots and shared scripts, and reset it if exposed.
- Set the encoder for the intended output. For H.264 1080p30, YouTube recommends 5 Mbps video bitrate, CBR bitrate encoding, RTMPS and a 2-second keyframe frequency; keyframes should not exceed 4 seconds. The recommendation is for the specified resolution and frame rate, not a universal setting for every output.
- Start sending the video and check Live Control Room. Confirm that YouTube receives the feed and that the picture and audio are correct before leaving the stream unattended.
- Keep the process and media available on the VPS. Plan how the encoder will be restarted after a process or server interruption and how its source file or playlist will remain accessible. The YouTube setup documentation does not prescribe a particular VPS process manager or prerecorded-loop configuration.
Copyright, reused content and monetization
A prerecorded stream is still live streaming for YouTube policy purposes. YouTube’s channel monetization policy, updated with a July 15, 2025 clarification, says its use of “video” on that page includes Shorts, long-form video and live streaming. It expects monetized material to be original and authentic and identifies repetitive or mass-produced content as inauthentic and ineligible. The streaming method itself does not make a channel eligible for monetization.

Review the actual programming, not just the encoder setup: confirm that you have rights to the video, music and other material, and consider whether repeated programming adds original value rather than simply replaying material. A VPS provider or managed streaming service cannot grant those rights or guarantee a monetization outcome.
Troubleshooting a prerecorded YouTube Live VPS
- YouTube does not receive a signal: Check that the encoder is using the current server URL and stream key from the intended YouTube stream, then verify that the encoder has actually started sending. If the key may have been exposed, replace it in YouTube and update the encoder.
- The stream starts but drops repeatedly: Check VPS network continuity and the encoder process, then inspect whether the plan’s egress or fair-use terms constrain sustained traffic. Inservers’ advertised unmetered bandwidth is not independently verified; ask the provider to confirm how it applies to continuous outbound video.
- The image stutters or the encoder cannot keep up: Check whether the workload is transcoding rather than merely relaying, and whether CPU resources are sufficient for that configuration. If needed, reduce the encoding workload or choose a plan sized for transcoding; a provider’s RAM and vCPU listing alone does not prove a particular encoding performance.
- The stream is cut off or archived unexpectedly: YouTube says streams under 12 hours are automatically archived. Check the stream duration and current YouTube Live Control Room status; do not assume one stream will remain live indefinitely without interruption or platform-side limits.
- The bill is higher than the advertised VPS price: Compare actual outbound data with included transfer, then check overage, tax, renewal and currency conversion. A capped plan can be cheap at checkout and costly or unsuitable for the full month.
- The channel is not approved for monetization: Review YouTube’s current channel monetization policy and the originality, repetition and rights of the programming. Reconfiguring the VPS does not address content-policy eligibility.
