This is a practical recommendation, not a proven best-in-game ranking: no official win-rate or build-strength data establishes a universally best Eleven loadout. Use only one Exhaustion perk, so do not add another alongside Lithe.
Best all-around Eleven build
Eleven’s own perks cover information and cooperative play, but they do not by themselves provide a complete answer to every chase or team situation. This mixed loadout adds a chase option and help planning routes:
- Extrasensory Perception: A short, conditional information window from Eleven’s kit.
- Lithe: Your chase-oriented Exhaustion perk. It activates after a rushed vault.
- Windows of Opportunity: Shows nearby pallets and windows so you can plan a route.
- Flexible fourth slot: Choose a team-information or personal-protection perk based on your unlocked perks and whether you play solo or with a coordinated group.
The reviewed build guidance recommends choosing only one Exhaustion perk per loadout. DBDVault’s September 2026 patch average recorded Lithe on 24.82% of Survivors and Windows of Opportunity on 23.06%, with frequent co-use; these are third-party usage observations, not evidence that the pair wins more or that it is officially recommended. DBDVault: Lithe and DBDVault: Windows of Opportunity.
How Eleven’s perks work
Behaviour lists three unique perks for Jane “Eleven” Hopper. Their value depends on when their conditions occur, so they suit different play styles rather than forming one automatically optimal package. Official Eleven character page.

#1 Best Overall
- Play as 5 new resourceful Survivors with their own unique Perks!
- Play as 5 new Killers with horrifying Powers that defy logic to hunt your prey!
- Customize your experience with all-new Perks and set-up options!
- Bring the game to life with 10 hauntingly detailed miniature figurines!
Extrasensory Perception: scout when you can pause
After crouching for 4 seconds, you see auras within a radius that expands up to 44 metres and gain Dodge and Oblivious. When you stop crouching or 11 seconds pass, the perk goes on cooldown for 60, 50, or 40 seconds depending on tier. Treat it as a brief scouting tool: activate it when you can afford to slow down and want to check for nearby threats or objectives. Behaviour’s 9.4.0 patch notes.
We See You: share a reveal when the Killer exposes your aura
You gain one progress point when the Killer reveals your aura. At four points, you can consume them to reveal the Killer’s aura to yourself and all other Survivors for 10, 12.5, or 15 seconds depending on tier; the perk has a 10-second cooldown. Because it requires the Killer to reveal your aura enough times, its team-information value is conditional rather than guaranteed. Behaviour’s 9.4.0 patch notes.
Teamwork: Soft Spoken: reward shared generator repairs
For each other Survivor repairing a generator with you, the distance at which that generator can be heard is reduced by 15%, 20%, or 25% depending on tier. While repairing with at least one other Survivor, you also repair 5% faster. That makes it a cooperative pick for players who regularly work on generators together; it offers less when teammates seldom share a generator. Behaviour’s 9.4.0 patch notes.
Choose a build for your role
For a team-information setup
Pair We See You with Teamwork: Soft Spoken if you want to contribute information and generator utility. Fill the other two slots according to what the group lacks, such as chase support or broader information. This direction makes most sense when your team coordinates enough to benefit from shared information and repairs.
For an Eleven-only, character-focused setup
Equip Extrasensory Perception, We See You, Teamwork: Soft Spoken, and one flexible perk. This lets you experience all three of Eleven’s unique effects, but gives up the flexibility of a mixed loadout. It is a flavor choice, not a claim that using all of her perks is stronger.

How to decide between builds
Compare a loadout on four practical questions rather than treating a popularity list as a ranking:
- Information: Does it tell you where threats or resources are, or share a Killer reveal with your team?
- Chase help: Does it help you find or use a route when the Killer approaches?
- Team dependence: Does its value require teammates to coordinate or work on a generator with you?
- Availability and execution: Have you unlocked the perk, and can you reliably meet its trigger in your matches?
Four perk slots are available to each Survivor, and your options depend on which other characters’ perks you have unlocked. Behaviour’s Stranger Things return FAQ explains perk availability in the context of the content’s return; check your current in-game unlock state rather than assuming a particular perk is available to every account. What the current evidence can—and cannot—tell you
Behaviour announced Stranger Things Chapter 2 on January 6, 2026, with release planned for January 27; the official 9.4.0 notes dated January 27 include Eleven’s perk values. Later, the 9.4.2 notes clarified that Turn Back The Clock targets visible generators within range and recorded a Teamwork: Soft Spoken icon bug fix. The 9.5.0 notes say perk descriptions were simplified and standardized, while gameplay was not changed across the board apart from separately listed perk updates. These notes are useful if you see different wording in guides, but always check live in-game descriptions for current details. Chapter 2 announcement, 9.4.2 patch notes, and 9.5.0 patch notes.
There is no official Eleven-specific statistic in the reviewed material that proves one build is best. The available usage figures describe how often perks were used, not their win rate or effectiveness. A build should therefore reflect the job you want to do, the perks you have unlocked, and whether your team can activate its conditions.
